J&rsquo;ai un v\u00e9ritable faible pour la bonne nourriture.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, je lis r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des articles sur la nutrition et sur l&rsquo;alimentation du sportif. Il faut dire qu&rsquo;une bonne alimentation est capitale pour r\u00e9ussir au mieux les diff\u00e9rentes courses. Plus les courses sont longues, plus il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;\u00eatre vigilant avec son alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ma part d&rsquo;un point de vue technique, j&rsquo;en suis rest\u00e9 au stockage des glycog\u00e8nes donc, en bon \u00e9l\u00e8ve, je mange des sucres lents la veille des courses&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>un peu basique sans doute mais j&rsquo;ai du mal \u00e0 trouver une information fiable sur la nutrition. Entre les nutritionnistes soutenus par les grandes marques, les autres qui ont trouv\u00e9 le r\u00e9gime miracle, les produits miracles, &#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression que sur ce sujet on lit tout et son contraire. La banane c&rsquo;est bien mais des fois non, les fruits secs idem, les oeufs, le pain,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la veille d&rsquo;une course, je mange des p\u00e2tes comme la plupart d&rsquo;entre vous, au d\u00e9part, je mangeais les p\u00e2tes du commerce, puis j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/faire-des-pates-fraiches-2410.html\">p\u00e2tes fraiches<\/a> et maintenant je vais carr\u00e9ment chercher la farine chez un petit meunier pr\u00e8s de chez moi. Il en ait de m\u00eame pour le pain.<\/p>\n<p>Les scandales alimentaires, que nous avons v\u00e9cu au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ont effray\u00e9 une partie des consommateurs. J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression que ceux qui sont touch\u00e9 ne sont finalement que peu ou pas concern\u00e9s : ceux qui ne consomment pas de plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Vous ne trouverez donc pas dans cet article, la liste des choses qu&rsquo;il faut manger ou pas mais plut\u00f4t ma fa\u00e7on de raisonner. Ne choisissez pas un r\u00e9gime parce que vous allez lu un article mais soyez guid\u00e9 par vos envies et vos convictions. Vous ne parviendrez pas \u00e0 suivre une certaine alimentation si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas convaincu de ces bienfaits.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le temps, je prends conscience de l&rsquo;impact de mes choix pour me nourrir\u00a0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provenance<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9thique<\/li>\n<li>qualit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation est notre carburant pour vivre et faire du sport. Il ne faut pas la n\u00e9gliger !
