Nous avons donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 abord\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re de programmer une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/fractionnes-sur-garmin-connect-33328.html\">s\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9s sur Garmin<\/a> Connect. Mais certains utilisateurs n&rsquo;aiment pas utiliser le site internet et pr\u00e9f\u00e8re cr\u00e9er un programme directement sur la montre. C&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait possible avec la <strong>Garmin f\u00e9nix 2<\/strong>. Vous pourrez ainsi cr\u00e9er facilement<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de la manipulation des boutons : je rentre dans un menu avec le bouton \u00ab\u00a0start\u00a0\u00bb, je reviens en arri\u00e8re avec \u00ab\u00a0back\u00a0\u00bb, je vais en haut ou en bas avec \u00ab\u00a0up\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0down\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut commencer en appuyant sur \u00ab\u00a0start\u00a0\u00bb et choisir la rubrique \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >Entrainement<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<a
