En course \u00e0 pied, on a vite l&rsquo;impression de passer son temps \u00e0 mettre un pied devant l&rsquo;autre. Avec plus de dix ans de pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, j&rsquo;essaye de trouver des nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de faire, soit dans les m\u00e9thodes, soit dans les produits utilis\u00e9s, J&rsquo;essaye d&rsquo;explorer la discipline. Il y a quelques temps, je vous ai parl\u00e9 de la marque <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/ppg-avec-casall-35947.html\">Casall<\/a> qui proposait une application smartphone pour augmenter l&rsquo;\u00e9ventail des exercices de PPG. Une partie des exercices n\u00e9cessitait des accessoires. Casall m&rsquo;a fourni quelques accessoires de la <strong>gamme HIT (High Intensity Training)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous propose de d\u00e9couvrir le <strong>parachute<\/strong> ou plut\u00f4t les parachutes. Une sangle ventrale reli\u00e9e a 2 parachutes d&rsquo;environ un m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 qui \u00e9quivaudrait \u00e0 tracter un poids d&rsquo;environ 20 kilogrammes.<\/p>\n<p>Un produit facile \u00e0 utiliser, il suffit de clipser la sangle au niveau des abdominaux. Pour l&rsquo;utilisation en int\u00e9rieur, vous n&rsquo;aurez aucun souci. Par contre en ext\u00e9rieur si\u00a0 le vent souffle, il sera plus simple de courir face au vent (\u00e7a augmente un peu la difficult\u00e9 en plus !).<\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res lignes droites sont un peu bizarre, surtout que je n&rsquo;avais pas pens\u00e9 \u00e0 la composante \u00ab\u00a0vent\u00a0\u00bb. Nous \u00e9tions au milieu d&rsquo;une grande prairie sur un plateau assez vent\u00e9. Nous avons tout de suite compris que pour stabiliser les parachutes il valait mieux courir dans l&rsquo;axe du vent. Le vent \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement virulent (vous pouvez le constater sur la photo sur les arbres ou sur les grandes herbes).<\/p>\n<p>Un travail de sprint en ligne droite qui permet de travailler la vitesse avec une r\u00e9sistance. Pas de surprise \u00e0 ce niveau l\u00e0, la r\u00e9sistance est bonne et on n&rsquo;a pas l&rsquo;impression de tracter un poids sur le sol comme cela aurait pu \u00eatre le cas avec un sac de sable \u00e0 tracter o\u00f9 il faudra g\u00e9rer le d\u00e9marrage un peu plus difficile et aussi l\u2019arr\u00eat. Avec le parachute, les s\u00e9quences sont plus fluides et on \u00e9vite de se prendre un sac de 20 kilos sur le tendon d\u2019Achille.<\/p>\n<p>Au del\u00e0 du travail en sprint, le dispositif permet au coureur de travailler sa posture. On se sent oblig\u00e9 de se redresser, de bomber le torse et de faire des belles foul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me est bien con\u00e7u pas de mauvaises surprises au rangement, pas besoin de passer 3 heures \u00e0 tout d\u00e9m\u00ealer. Un sac est fourni pour ranger les parachutes apr\u00e8s utilisation.
