Je ne pouvais donc d\u00e9cemment pas ne pas vous l&rsquo;\u00e9voquer. Mon ego en e\u00fbt pris un sacr\u00e9 coup. D\u00e9j\u00e0, je vais commencer par revenir sur mes promesses : au lieu de 400, je me suis content\u00e9 de 12x200m, faute et \u00e0 cause du temps &#8211; pas le m\u00eame dans les 2 cas &#8211; sur route et sous la pluie. C&rsquo;est juste pour planter le d\u00e9cor.<\/p>\n<p>Nonobstant, le r\u00e9sultat de la s\u00e9ance fut \u00e0 la hauteur de mes esp\u00e9rances (sic). Comme cela \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu, les\u00a0Newton<strong> <\/strong>\u00a0se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es de parfaites compagnes pour ce type d&rsquo;exercice o\u00f9 naturellement on cherche \u00e0 attaquer sur l&rsquo;avant du pied, m\u00eame quand on est un talonneur comme moi. Comme dirait mon coach \u00ab\u00a0comme un cheval qui piaffe\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; pauvre b\u00eate, m\u00eame le plus lourd des percherons serait bidonn\u00e9 en me voyant.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/vma.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3878\" title=\"vma\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/vma-300x263.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/vma-300x263.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/02\/vma.jpg 366w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>L\u00e0,\u00a0c&rsquo;est un r\u00e9gal car non seulement, attaquer sur l&rsquo;avant du pied est plus facile, puisque c&rsquo;est la cons\u00e9quence du principe m\u00eame de conception de la semelle et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas besoin d&rsquo;essayer de tenter d&rsquo;imiter le cheval qui piaffe, juste de courir vite, mais, en plus, le rendu d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie promis sur le papier se mat\u00e9rialise\u00a0r\u00e9ellement et les temps r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur les s\u00e9ries inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 mes temps habituels de deux secondes (37-38s au lieu de 39-40s), le tout avec une facilit\u00e9 de mouvement et de foul\u00e9e\u00a0d\u00e9concertante par rapport \u00e0 mes paires classiques.<\/p>\n<p>Bref, oui je l&rsquo;avoue, je suis toujours enthousiasm\u00e9 &#8211; un peu trop disent certaines\u00a0tr\u00e8s mauvaises langues &#8211;\u00a0par ces Stability Trainer, surtout que je viens de gagner 2 secondes aux 200\u00a0gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elles !\u00a0Et non, je n&rsquo;ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;\u00e9crire \ud83d\ude42 et oui, je suis pr\u00eat \u00e0 Vrai Tester aussi objectivement n&rsquo;importe quelle marque &#8211; sauf &#8230; vous savez qui, tendinites obligent.<\/p>\n<p>La suite\u00a0?
