Mais faisons durer un peu le suspense avec\u00a0trois petites disgressions, que le lecteur press\u00e9 pourra ais\u00e9ment shunter.<\/p>\n<p>Disgression num\u00e9ro 1 &#8211; je pr\u00e9cise, pour ceux qui ne veulent pas les lire &#8211; : pourquoi suis-je le cobaye id\u00e9al pour ce test ? Malgr\u00e9 un poids plume ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 ma taille habituelle (65 kg pour 1m85) et une foul\u00e9e ample, je suis \u00ab\u00a0lourd\u00a0\u00bb quand je cours et ai tendance \u00e0 taper du talon. Donc, si les<strong> NEWTON RUNNING<\/strong> ont un vrai effet, je devrais le sentir.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton1.jpg\"><\/a>Disgression num\u00e9ro 2 : une image valant mieux qu&rsquo;un long discours, jetez donc un oeil \u00e0 la photo ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3792\" title=\"newton1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton1-300x153.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"153\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton1-300x153.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton1-1024x522.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton1.jpg 1034w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A gauche, l&rsquo;avant d&rsquo;une semelle \u00ab\u00a0classique\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; celle de mes Saucony en l&rsquo;occurence. A droite, la semelle Newton. On distingue bien les 4 \u00ab\u00a0patins\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les appeler comme cela &#8211; magiques qui sont cens\u00e9s vous amener \u00e0 courir sur l&rsquo;avant-pied et a \u00eatre donc plus performant.<\/p>\n<p>Disgression num\u00e9ro 3 : \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion, essayez, dans votre salon, les couloirs du bureau, une piste d&rsquo;athl\u00e9 ou tout autre endroit que vous jugerez pertinent de courir pieds nus. Vous verrez imm\u00e9diatement que, ce faisant, vous ne posez pas les talons. Et bien c&rsquo;est ce mouvement naturel que les <strong>NEWTON RUNNING<\/strong> sont cens\u00e9es vous aider \u00e0 accomplir.<\/p>\n<p>Revenons \u00e0 nos moutons. J&rsquo;ai donc couru hier soir en<strong> NEWTON RUNNING<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s les avoir montr\u00e9es \u00e0 tous mes co\u00e9quipiers de l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/accellois.athle.com\">AC CELLOIS <\/a>&#8211; qui, je le rappelle, cherche toujours un sponsor, ne serait-ce que pour les maillots des marathoniens &#8211; discut\u00e9 un quart d&rsquo;heure des m\u00e9rites-sur-le-papier de la b\u00eate, m&rsquo;\u00eatre fait charri\u00e9 sur le fait que j&rsquo;allais enfin ne plus \u00eatre en queue de peloton, j&rsquo;ai pu courir &#8230; en Saucony pour commencer, suivant en cela les recommandations de Sir Isaac (Newton) pour la premi\u00e8re utilisation : \u00ab\u00a0One mile or so\u00a0\u00bb, pas plus. Consid\u00e9rant qu&rsquo;un \u00e9chauffement de 25 minutes sur route d\u00e9passait all\u00e9grement\u00a0le one mile or so, j&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 les NEWTON au vestiaire.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-3793\" title=\"newton2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/newton2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Retour au stade pour les 6 x 1000m \u00e0 15 km\/h du jour. Je d\u00e9cide de courir le premier en <strong>NEWTON RUNNING<\/strong>.\u00a0Trois bonnes surprises en les enfilant : 1) elles sont tr\u00e8s confortables. On sent bien un \u00ab\u00a0truc\u00a0\u00bb sous l&rsquo;avant-pied mais rien de bien m\u00e9chant contrairement \u00e0 ce que je pensais 2) je serre mes lacets du premier coup ! Ce qui chez moi\u00a0rel\u00e8ve de l&rsquo;\u00a0exploit ;\u00a0en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pour \u00eatre serr\u00e9 de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, je m&rsquo;y reprends une bonne dizaine de fois. 3) on marche sans probl\u00e8me avec, pas d&rsquo;effet \u00ab\u00a0chaussure de v\u00e9lo\u00a0\u00bb, les \u00ab\u00a0patins\u00a0\u00bb ne g\u00eanent pas.<\/p>\n<p>Et c&rsquo;est donc parti pour un 1000m rapide mais sans plus (15 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure, c&rsquo;est pas la mort) et avouons-le, j&rsquo;ai, beaucoup de mal \u00e0 trouver mes marques. Au d\u00e9but, je garde mon ample et lourde foul\u00e9e habituelle, je sens un tiraillement dans les mollets, preuve qu&rsquo;il y a bien \u00ab\u00a0quelquechose\u00a0\u00bb avec ces chaussures, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas franchement \u00e7a. En m\u00eame temps, je\u00a0cours au bon rythme, alors &#8230; \u00a0Au bout de 994m, je me souviens enfin de ce que m&rsquo;a dit Laurent, l&rsquo;importateur fran\u00e7ais : raccourcir sa foul\u00e9e et courir le plus naturellement possible. Les 6 derniers m\u00e8tres ne sont malheureusement pas suffisants pour mettre en application la th\u00e9orie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On r&rsquo;met \u00e7a ?\u00a0\u00bb &#8230; 1000m + 1000m faisant vaguement one mile or so, j&rsquo;en reprends pour un tour. Et l\u00e0, miracle, en respectant les consignes, je sens que je commence \u00e0 ne plus poser le talon et \u00e0 \u00eatre plus a\u00e9rien. Ca commence \u00e0 bien me plaire cette affaire et en plus \u00e7a tire moins dans les mollets &#8230; Mais, c&rsquo;est surtout quand je reprends mes autres chaussures pour terminer la s\u00e9ance que je me rends compte de l&rsquo;effet <strong>NEWTON RUNNING<\/strong>. Tout \u00e0 coup, je me sens franchement lourd, hippopotamesque, j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression de ne plus avancer, je me tra\u00eene, je n&rsquo;ai plus de \u00ab\u00a0ressort\u00a0\u00bb &#8230;\u00a0Et de fait, je perds\u00a0environ\u00a00,5 km\/h sur les runs.<\/p>\n<p>Faisant alors fi des consignes &#8211; pardon Sir Isaac &#8211; bravant les interdits, je d\u00e9cide de rechausser les <strong>NEWTON RUNNING<\/strong> sur le dernier 1000 et l\u00e0, j&rsquo;ai litt\u00e9ralement\u00a0l&rsquo;impression de voler ! Une sensation fabuleuse ! Je n&rsquo;ai jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi bien sur cette distance. Je suis enfin a\u00e9rien &#8230; Preuve de coach \u00e0 l&rsquo;appui : Cyril &#8211; the boss &#8211; me d\u00e9clarant \u00ab\u00a0pour une fois, tu as l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;un coureur !\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; ie traduction : ton talon ne touche plus le sol. Je me permets m\u00eame, une petite folie, en anticipation de ma s\u00e9ance <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> de mardi, une petite pointe sur quelques m\u00e8tres et l\u00e0, honn\u00eatement, je pense que je vais faire des ravages &#8230; la sensation de facilit\u00e9 ! Waow !!! Je devrais atomiser mes meilleures perfs sur 400.<\/p>\n<p>Et \u00e9videmment\u00a0&#8211; non, je n&rsquo;ai pas oubli\u00e9 &#8211;\u00a0la question que vous vous posez tous : as-tu mal aux mollets ce matin ? Et bien, \u00e0\u00a0dire vrai,\u00a0non. D&rsquo;ailleurs, le tiraillement dont je parlais sur le premier 1000, ne s&rsquo;est plus manifest\u00e9 d\u00e8s que j&rsquo;ai eu trouv\u00e9 la bonne foul\u00e9e. Je me dois de pr\u00e9ciser cependant que toutes mes 4 s\u00e9ances de muscu hebdo comportent des squats finis sur la pointe des pieds qui font bien bosser les mollets, donc de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9-l\u00e0, je ne suis peut-\u00eatre pas repr\u00e9sentatif.<\/p>\n<p>Vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, je suis d\u00e9j\u00e0 conquis &#8230; mais mais mais, ne nous enthousiasmons pas trop vite quand m\u00eame. Mon objectif est de courir le Marathon de Paris avec ces chaussures. Il me reste donc encore beaucoup de choses \u00e0 voir, notamment sur des distances nettement sup\u00e9rieures aux 1000m (pour la VMA, avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;avoir fait la s\u00e9ance de 12x300m de la semaine prochaine, je ne me fais pas de souci).
