Les gens, qui tiennent ce genre de propos, d\u00e9tournent finalement la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Soyez cart\u00e9sien, les effets physiologiques de l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement sont largement prouv\u00e9s. Le corps s&rsquo;adapte progressivement \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort, le coeur acc\u00e9l\u00e8re et le d\u00e9bit sanguin aussi par le fait. Cela augmente le transport de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et permet d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer le gaz carbonique&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ayant pass\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment mes examens d&rsquo;entraineur de Judo, il est clair que si le jour de l&rsquo;inspection en club je n&rsquo;avais pas fait un \u00e9chauffement adapt\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de la s\u00e9ance&#8230; je n&rsquo;aurais sans doute pas eu mon certificat d&rsquo;entraineur. Et c&rsquo;est vrai que le postulat de base de toute s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entrainements est le suivant : Echauffement, travail sp\u00e9cifique, retour \u00e0 la normale, \u00e9tirements ou pas&#8230;(je ne reviendrai pas sur les \u00e9tirements car on lit tout et son contraire&#8230;Personnellement je suis les recommandations de la personne qui connait le mieux mon corps : mon osth\u00e9opathe et il me dit d&rsquo;en faire&#8230; donc je m&rsquo;ex\u00e9cute !)<\/p>\n<p>Afin de forger ma conviction sur ce point, j&rsquo;ai analys\u00e9 les courbes cardiaques et les sensations que je ressent en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;entrainement. Pour moi, le d\u00e9marrage est toujours assez difficile : respiration qui peine, coeur qui bat vite par rapport a l&rsquo;\u00e9tat que je peux constater aux bouts de dix minutes. Le changement d&rsquo;\u00e9tat est pour moi bouleversant et c&rsquo;est souvent dans cette phase que le rythme cardiaque monte le plus haut en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Sur mes graphes de fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, je vois clairement cette phase qui dure de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes et mes sensations confirment ces informations.
