Le but \u00e9tant de faire 100 km en moins de 12 heures. Je cumule courses et <a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainements<\/a> pour parvenir au total en un minimum de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Le challenge a demarr\u00e9 lors de la corrida de Heillecourt la semaine derni\u00e8re. Depuis, quelques s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entrainements (seuil, fractionn\u00e9, longue). Voila le bilan :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>27\/04\/2008 : Corrida Heillecourt 8,8 km en 49 minutes<\/li>\n<li>28\/04\/2008 : R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration 4,1 km en 26 minutes<\/li>\n<li>29\/04\/2008 : Seuil 4,1 km en 22 minutes<\/li>\n<li>01\/05\/2008 : Franctionn\u00e9 4,1 km en 23 minutes<\/li>\n<li>02\/05\/2008 : Longue 14 km en 1 heures et 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>04\/05\/2008 : Longue 15 km en 1 heures et 26 minutes<\/li>\n<li>05\/05\/2008 : R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration 4,1 km en 27 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Total : 54,2 km en 5 heures et 13 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>On est largement dans les temps pour le moment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/xt-wings-challenge-point-a-mi-chemin-372.html\"><img width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>Un petit bilan sur mon challenge \u00e0 mi-chemin.
