Personnellement je ne suis pas un grand fan des \u00e9ducatifs, donc au lieu de faire une s\u00e9ance sp\u00e9cifique avec l&rsquo;ensemble des \u00e9ducatifs. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les ins\u00e9rer dans des s\u00e9ances plus classiques. Mais vous pouvez aussi les faire dans votre jardin apr\u00e8s un petit footing d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement. Ne soyons pas trop rigide, l&rsquo;important est de bien comprendre les diff\u00e9rents mouvements et de les faire correctement quand vous les r\u00e9alisez plut\u00f4t que de caler une s\u00e9ance que vous ferez par dessus la jambe (si je peux m&rsquo;exprimer ainsi).
