En ce d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2014, j&rsquo;ai eu envie de me lancer un petit d\u00e9fi : faire un X-Terra. Jusque l\u00e0 rien de bien excitant dans la mesure o\u00f9 c&rsquo;est la version sprint que j&rsquo;ai choisi pour cette premi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Mais voil\u00e0 : je nage comme un caillou&#8230; c&rsquo;est une v\u00e9ritable catastrophe. Pour la partie VTT, je pratique reguli\u00e8rement dans les collines au allentour et j&rsquo;aime beaucoup \u00e7a (m\u00eame avec quelques centim\u00e8tres de boue&#8230;J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;ailleurs bien fait d&rsquo;investir dans un Karcher&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, je \u00ab\u00a0sais\u00a0\u00bb nager et je ne vais pas me pointer sur le borde de l&rsquo;eau avec mon canard bou\u00e9e gonflable (je ne suis m\u00eame pas s\u00fbr que cela soit autoris\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est donc de pouvoir nager 500 m\u00e8tres dans un temps correct (soyons clair je ne vais pas battre le record de France), pour sortir de l&rsquo;eau avant la fermeture du parc \u00e0 v\u00e9lo&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mine en rien en plein mois de janvier, c&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able de remplacer une sortie dehors sous la pluie par une s\u00e9ance en chaud en piscine. Et je vous assure que les premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances sont loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre de tout repos.<\/p>\n<p>Le plus gros probl\u00e8me, c&rsquo;est finalement de trouver la piscine et le bon cr\u00e9neau horaires et l\u00e0 je suis plut\u00f4t gat\u00e9 : \u00e0 2 kilom\u00e8tres de chez moi et ouvert durant la pause d\u00e9jeuner et le bassin est presque vide. il me faut en gros 10 minutes pour y aller (changement et douche avant d&rsquo;entrer dans l&rsquo;eau)<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques semaines d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainements<\/a>, je me sens d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 faire 500 m sans m&rsquo;arr\u00eater (en brasse par contre) le temps n&rsquo;est pas formidable mais le but n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;en gagner sur cette partie mais plut\u00f4t de ne pas en perdre&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez de bonnes conditions, la natation est un tr\u00e8s bon compl\u00e9ment \u00e0 la course \u00e0 pied. Elle permet de travailler le rythme respiratoire et le volume. On travaille tous les muscles du corps. Vous pouvez travailler en endurance sans probl\u00e8me. Et mine de rien, il n&rsquo;y a pas de choc avec le sol comment en course \u00e0 pied. C&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s plaisant surtout quand on d\u00e9bute, la marge de progression est \u00e9norme&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre plus s\u00e9rieux, je vous conseille de suivre un plan d&rsquo;entrainement pour d\u00e9butant en nage en triathlon.
