Une p\u00e9riode qui va nous emp\u00eacher de vivre pleinement notre passion mais la question qui revient sans cesse durant cette p\u00e9riode \u00ab\u00a0serais-je capable de revenir au mieux de ma forme apr\u00e8s ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Cette question je me la suis pos\u00e9e, il y a quatre ans avec ma double fracture tibia-p\u00e9ron\u00e9. Au final, le bilan \u00e9tait plut\u00f4t s\u00e9rieux : 2 op\u00e9rations, 2 mois d&rsquo;arr\u00eat de travail, 3 mois de kin\u00e9, 15 mois avec peu de sport, 2 ans sans s&rsquo;aligner sur une course, 5 centim\u00e8tres de tour de cuisse perdus,&#8230; et j&rsquo;en passe.<\/p>\n<p>Ce f\u00fbt difficile mais cette exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s enrichissante sur plusieurs plans. Bien s\u00fbr, j&rsquo;en garde quelques s\u00e9quelles mais j&rsquo;ai beaucoup appris sur moi m\u00eame. Maintenant que l&rsquo;histoire est prescrite, je voulais vous donner quelques conseils.<\/p>\n<h2>Ne pas griller les \u00e9tapes<\/h2>\n<p>La chose la plus importante que j&rsquo;ai appris c&rsquo;est la patience. Vous ne serez jamais aussi patient envers les autres, envers vous m\u00eame car en quelques secondes vous \u00eates devenu d\u00e9pendant. D\u00e9pendant du service des urgences car vous ne pouvez pas bouger d&rsquo;un centim\u00e8tre, d\u00e9pendant de l&rsquo;infirmi\u00e8re qui vous aident \u00e0 faire votre toilette, d\u00e9pendant de votre famille qui continue sa vie et que vous ne pouvez pas aider comme habituellement,&#8230;Il faudra prendre les \u00e9tapes une \u00e0 une avec <strong>patience<\/strong>. Le kin\u00e9, la musculation, reprendre la marche,&#8230; <strong>Soyez patient<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<h2>Travailler la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation<\/h2>\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas la partie la plus marrante, les premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9, quelques jours apr\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration, pour juste r\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 plier un genou&#8230;\u00a0 il faut s&rsquo;accrocher&#8230; C&rsquo;est vrai qu&rsquo;avoir une kin\u00e9 sympa et comp\u00e9tent pr\u00e8s de chez soi, va vous aider, car \u00e0 raisons de plusieurs s\u00e9ances par semaine, il ne vaut mieux pas y aller \u00e0 reculons&#8230; J&rsquo;avoue avoir beaucoup de chances, j&rsquo;ai pris le plus pr\u00e8s car je ne pouvais pas aller trop loin avec mes b\u00e9quilles et je suis tomber sur une perle.<\/p>\n<h2>Etre positif<\/h2>\n<p>Travailler le physique c&rsquo;est important mais le mental joue aussi un r\u00f4le non n\u00e9gligeable. Apr\u00e8s les premiers jours, o\u00f9 la morphine et les anti-douleurs auront laisser votre esprit tranquille, il faudra vous motiver, vous occuper l&rsquo;esprit avec des choses positives, ne pas se laisser aller dans des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de s&rsquo;occuper diff\u00e9rement.
