Et particuli\u00e8rement en cette p\u00e9riode, il fait parfois froid, parfois avec du vent, et parfois le temps parait froid et gris et finalement il faut relativement chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me c&rsquo;est que si vous partez trop couvert, vous risquez d&rsquo;avoir vite chaud et la chaleur est l&rsquo;un des ennemis du coureur de fond.<\/p>\n<p>Une des r\u00e8gles que je me suis fix\u00e9 est simple. Je regarde le temps avant de partir mais surtout je consulte le thermom\u00e8tre. je me suis trop fait avoir par l&rsquo;impression qu&rsquo;il fait froid (et m\u00eame tout r\u00e9cemment) en regardant par la fen\u00eatre. Au final, le temps est gris et pluvieux, on est au mois de novembre, je m&rsquo;habille en cons\u00e9quence et je sors il fait un peu chaud et forc\u00e9ment au bout de 2 &#8211; 3 kilom\u00e8tres, j&rsquo;ai trop chaud&#8230; au final, j&rsquo;aurais pu sortir avec un short et un tee-shirt.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 donc ma premi\u00e8re r\u00e8gle et de regarder un thermom\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur et de ne pas se fier aux impressions. Ensuite je m&rsquo;adapte :<\/p>\n<p>Temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 degr\u00e9s : short et tee-shirt peuvent suffire si il pleut j&rsquo;ajoute une veste fine avec membrane d\u00e9perlante (type Gore-Tex) ou coupe-vent si il y a du vent. Le coupe-vent est important surtout quand on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 transpirer pour pas attraper froid quand on a le vent dans le dos par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 0 et 10 degr\u00e9s : collant long et tee-shirt long. Je rajoute une couche si il pleut.<\/p>\n<p>En dessous de 0 degr\u00e9s, je mets des collant et des tee-shirts \u00e9pais type Mizuno Thermo Breath.
