En effet, en se posant une question simple : comment courir plus vite ? vous avez 2 possibilit\u00e9s : acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la cadence de votre foul\u00e9e (nombre de foul\u00e9es par minute) ou allonger la <strong>longueur de votre foul\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En pratiquant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les \u00e9ducatifs (pour rappel : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/les-foulees-bondissantes-19344.html\">Foul\u00e9es bondissantes<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/talon-fesse-19335.html\">Talon fesse<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/montees-de-genoux-19331.html\">Mont\u00e9e de genoux<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/le-skipping-ou-griffe-19517.html\">Skipping ou griff\u00e9<\/a>), les diverses exercices de PPG ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/le-gainage-dans-la-course-a-pied-16620.html\">gainage<\/a>, vous pouvez renforcer vos muscles et ainsi augmenter votre longueur de foul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Mais effectivement, elle n&rsquo;est pas simple \u00e0 obtenir. La derni\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 cette donn\u00e9e c&rsquo;\u00e9tait sur le <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/polar\t\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre polar\" >Polar<\/a> RS 800 avec le logiciel sous windows et un capteur S3 sur le pied.<\/p>\n<p>Forc\u00e9ment il vous faudra un capteur de type Foot Pod pour connaitre la cadence de foul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il faudra faire un rapide calcul en utilisant 2 donn\u00e9es : la cadence en foul\u00e9es par minutes et l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> en minutes au kilom\u00e8tres.
