Au m\u00eame titre que les antid\u00e9presseurs, les anxiolytiques, les anti-inflammatoires &#8230; les Strasbourgeois souffrant de certaines maladies se sont vu prescrire une activit\u00e9 physique prise en charge financi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>Reposant sur une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie de m\u00e9decine, cet engagement a eu pour but de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9penses du r\u00e9gime local d&rsquo;assurance maladie. Un an apr\u00e8s, \u00a0le bilan semble encourageant si bien que la ville ouvre le dispositif \u00e0 un plus grand nombre de pathologies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e9 oui notre corps est fait pour bouger et produire des endorphines qui jouent un r\u00f4le sur le bien-\u00eatre physique. Je me suis r\u00e9gal\u00e9 sur plusieurs ultras de plus de 10h, 5 marathons, plusieurs semi-marathons, diverses courses petites distances et \u00ab nature \u00bb, deux participations au 25\u00e8me Marathon Des Sables et une participation aux 100 km de Millau ! J\u2019aime les gadgets et l\u2019innovation, je suis gourmand et la nutrition me passionne.
