Pendant 45 secondes, vous effectuez une trentaine de flexions avec les bras tendus \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizontal. vous prenez une deuxi\u00e8me fois votre fr\u00e9quence (on notera C1) ensuite vous vous reposez pendant 1 minutes et 30 secondes. Vous prenez une derni\u00e8re fois votre fr\u00e9quence cardiaque (on notera C2).<\/p>\n<h2>Le calcul et l&rsquo;analyse<\/h2>\n<p>Maintenant on calcule l&rsquo;indice de Dickson, I = ((C1-70) + 2(C2-C0))\/10. A partir de ce chiffre, vous pouvez avoir une indication sur votre \u00e9tat de forme, votre adaptation \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort. Plus votre indice est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus votre adaptation \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort est mauvaise. Le tableau de r\u00e9sultat est le suivant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0&lt; 0 = excellent<\/li>\n<li>0 \u00e0 2 = tr\u00e8s bon<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e0 4 = bon<\/li>\n<li>4 \u00e0 6 = moyen<\/li>\n<li>6 \u00e0 8 = faible<\/li>\n<li>8 \u00e0 10 = tr\u00e8s faible<\/li>\n<li>&gt; 10 = mauvaise adaptation \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sur le long terme<\/h2>\n<p>Au del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;examen que votre m\u00e9decin vous fait une fois par an, vous pouvez vous m\u00eame calcul\u00e9 votre indice et r\u00e9alisez ce test de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Il faudra le r\u00e9aliser toujours au m\u00eame moment (le matin en se levant par exemple ou le midi avant le d\u00e9jeuner) et noter chaque jour le r\u00e9sultat. Les variations \u00e0 la hausse ou \u00e0 la baisse de cet indice vous donnera un indicateur de votre <strong>\u00e9tat de forme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Simple avec une montre Ambit<\/h2>\n<p>Ce calcul est simple \u00e0 mettre en place avec un simple cardio mais si vous avez une <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/suunto\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Montre suunto\" >Suunto<\/a> Ambit (compatible Ambit, Ambit 2S, Ambit 2), cela sera encore plus facile car j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une application qui va vous permettre de suivre tout le protocole avec des beeps et une sauvegarde des donn\u00e9es. Vous aurez ainsi automatiquement le r\u00e9sultat sans faire de calcul mental ou utiliser votre calculatrice.
