Le but de cet article est de vous donner quelques informations de base qui vont vous permettre de mieux comprendre les plans d&rsquo;entrainements.<\/p>\n<h2>Parlez en \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin<\/h2>\n<p>La course \u00e0 pied est un sport qui va solliciter fortement votre corps. Alors que d&rsquo;autres sports vous obligent \u00e0 les pratiquer dans une certaine structure (Dojo, salle de sport,&#8230;), la course \u00e0 pied c&rsquo;est la libert\u00e9 vous n&rsquo;avez de compte \u00e0 rendre \u00e0 personne mais si vous n&rsquo;avez pas pratiqu\u00e9 de sport depuis longtemps, il est fortement conseill\u00e9 d&rsquo;en parler \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin traitant avant de vous lancer.<\/p>\n<h2>Environnement<\/h2>\n<p>Le plan d&rsquo;entrainement va vous imposer des contraintes par rapport a votre pratique de la course \u00e0 pied. Si vous avez l&rsquo;habitude de courir au feeling, o\u00f9 vous voulez et quand vous voulez, il vous faudra \u00eatre beaucoup plus rigoureux. D\u00e9j\u00e0 sur les lieux de votre entrainement, il vous faudra trouver quelques belles lignes droites o\u00f9 vous pourrez exprimer votre pointe de vitesse, une belle c\u00f4te avec un gros d\u00e9nivel\u00e9\u00a0 ou des escaliers dont vous vous souviendrez l&rsquo;existence pendant 3 jours apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance&#8230; Et si vous \u00eates chanceux, une belle piste Mondo de 400m ouverte au public (mais il faut pas trop r\u00eaver)&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Planning<\/h2>\n<p>Quand vous aurez localiser vos lieux d&rsquo;entrainements, il faudra bloquer des p\u00e9riodes d&rsquo;entrainements dans votre planning et vous y tenir. Et l\u00e0 fini les bonnes (ou mauvaises) excuses, il faudra dire non aux coll\u00e8gues qui vous proposent de venir boire un verre apr\u00e8s le boulot \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9sol\u00e9 ce soir j&rsquo;ai une s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. Cependant cela pourrait \u00eatre utile dans certains cas \u00ab\u00a0Non Tata Huguette je peux pas venir manger dimanche&#8230; tu sais je pr\u00e9pare le marathon de Paris et j&rsquo;ai une sortie longue de pr\u00e9vu ce dimanche\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Au final : prenez du plaisir !<\/h2>\n<p>Effectivement se tenir \u00e0 un plan d&rsquo;entrainement de 6, 8, 10 ou 12 semaines \u00e0 raison de 3, 4 voire 5 entrainements par semaine, c&rsquo;est difficile mais si vous \u00eates motiv\u00e9 par un objectif \u00e7a passera tr\u00e8s vite. Mais il vaut mieux \u00eatre conscient de l&rsquo;investissement que cela repr\u00e9sente avant de commencer plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;arr\u00eater au bout de 2 semaines par manque de motivation.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut que vous sachiez prendre du plaisir m\u00eame sur des s\u00e9ances difficiles comme le fractionn\u00e9 en essayant de ressortir les points positifs : j&rsquo;ai mieux r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer que la derni\u00e8re fois, j&rsquo;ai pu tenir le rythme m\u00eame sur la fin de la s\u00e9ance, faire une sortie longue dans un endroit plus sympathique quitte \u00e0 prendre la voiture pour y aller.<\/p>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, il vous faudra entrenir la motivation pour parvenir \u00e0 votre but !<\/p>\n<p>Bon courage !
