minutes \u00e0 65%, puis 12 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions \u00e0 90% avec 3&prime; de repos, puis&#8230; Quand je vois souvent la complexit\u00e9 de la mise en place de ce genre d&rsquo;entrainement sur les montres (il faut une certaine maitrise des outils pour programmer ce type de s\u00e9ance&#8230;) j&rsquo;ai du mal \u00e0 croire que tout le monde suivent ces plans a la lettre&#8230; mais en consid\u00e9rant que oui, j&rsquo;en profite pour faire un petit focus sur le syst\u00e8me de programmation disponible sur le site <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a> Connect et utilisable sur les diff\u00e9rents Garmin Forerunner (attention ce n&rsquo;est pas possible avec la Garmin Fenix).<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s vous \u00eates connect\u00e9 sur Garmin Connect, il faut aller dans le menu Planifier \/ Calendrier<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full-single-page wp-image-33330\"
