L\u00e0 je parle vraiment de la blessure accidentelle. Une descente un peu trop rapide apr\u00e8s plusieurs heures de courses, un trou cach\u00e9 par des feuilles, une racine d&rsquo;arbre pas assez anticip\u00e9e et la cheville tourne et c&rsquo;est le drame&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>l&rsquo;avantage d&rsquo;\u00eatre Judoka, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;avec 20 ans de pratique, je pense que mes chevilles sont peut \u00eatre plus souples que la moyenne des coureurs et sans doute plus r\u00e9sistantes aussi.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai eu de nombreuses fois la cheville vrill\u00e9e sur un mauvais appui mais sans cons\u00e9quence si ce n&rsquo;est une chute. Il me semble que nous ne sommes pas tous \u00e9gaux devant une entorse.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;une entorse de la cheville ?<\/h2>\n<p>c&rsquo;est un \u00e9tirement plus ou moins important d&rsquo;un ou plusieurs ligaments de la cheville. La majorit\u00e9 des entorses sont ext\u00e9rieurs, le pied rentre vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et la jambe part vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. les ligaments externes sont sollicit\u00e9s violemment et des l\u00e9sions apparaissent.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant la plupart des courses vous obligent \u00e0 avoir une bande de strapping mais faut-il encore savoir comment la positionner<\/p>\n<p>c&rsquo;est assez logique mais il faut quand m\u00eame l&rsquo;avoir vu faire une fois pour \u00eatre capable de se le faire ou le faire sur un autre traileur lors d&rsquo;une course.<\/p>\n<p>voil\u00e0 donc une vid\u00e9o pour vous apprendre \u00e0 faire le strapping de cheville :<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ao2L9tSiPGU\" height=\"465\" width=\"620\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Si on compare \u00e0 un autre sport connu pour ces entorses : le basket-ball. Force est de constater que les chaussures de trail ne sont pas aussi montante que les chaussures de basket-ball. De m\u00eame, les chaussures de marche de montagne sont \u00e9galement montantes. Mais la plupart (\u00e0 quelques rares exceptions comme les Salomon SnowCross ou les Saucony Progrid Razor) sont plutot basses au niveau de la cheville.<\/p>\n<p>Il est peut \u00eatre judicieux de porter des chevilli\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciales pour mieux maintenir la cheville en particulier si vous avez des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents sur un pied et que vous sentez que vous avez besoin d&rsquo;un meilleur maintien surtout quand la fatigue se fait ressentir.<\/p>\n<p>Zamst propose une nouvelle chevilli\u00e8re sp\u00e9ciale pour le trail la <strong>Zamst AS-1 New<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Zamst propose 2 chevilli\u00e8res pour la pr\u00e9vention et la reprise apr\u00e8s entorse : A1 et A1-S. Le mod\u00e8le S \u00e9tant un peu plus court en hauteur.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs une nouvelle version de l&rsquo;AS-1 sera disponible \u00e0 partir de la fin du mois d&rsquo;ao\u00fbt, une chevilli\u00e8re plus fine, plus respirante et plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Si une de vos chevilles vous posent des probl\u00e8mes, il est peut-\u00eatre judicieux de vous pencher sur ce genre de mat\u00e9riel.
