A chaque r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, l\u2019<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> de course augmente et donc la distance \u00e0 parcourir devient de plus en plus importante. Il suffit alors de se reporter au tableau de correspondance entre le test 3min\/3min et la <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a>, de choisir le n\u00b0 du palier que l&rsquo;athl\u00e8te n&rsquo;a pas termin\u00e9, et de choisir la colonne correspondante aux m\u00e8tres parcourus dans ce palier.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full-single-page wp-image-32384\" alt=\"palier-test-mercier-3-3-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/palier-test-mercier-3-3-2-620x212.jpg\" width=\"620\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/palier-test-mercier-3-3-2-620x212.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/palier-test-mercier-3-3-2-300x102.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/palier-test-mercier-3-3-2-1024x350.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/palier-test-mercier-3-3-2-150x51.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/palier-test-mercier-3-3-2.jpg 1575w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Exemple : (cases gris\u00e9es)<\/p>\n<p>Un athl\u00e8te qui n&rsquo;a pas termin\u00e9 le palier 4 mais qui a couru 400 m dans ce palier aura une VMA de 11,3 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le test Mercier 3-3 a l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre plus facile \u00e0 mettre en place que les autres tests \u00e0 allure progressive de type L\u00e9ger-Boucher (+1 km\/h toutes les 2 minutes), Vam-\u00e9val (+0,5 km\/h toutes les minutes) ou encore Brue car les 3 minutes de repos permettent de g\u00e9rer plus facilement le chrono, le tableau d\u2019allure et le sifflet pour donner les intervalles de passage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>Le test Mercier 3-3 a le m\u00e9rite aussi d\u2019\u00eatre plus pr\u00e9cis que les tests \u00e0 allure constante de type Cooper (courir le plus vite possible durant 12 minutes), demi-Cooper (courir le plus vite possible durant 6 minutes), cat-test (courir le plus vite possible pendant 2000 m pour les d\u00e9butants ou 3000 m pour les plus confirm\u00e9s) qui posent le probl\u00e8me de la bonne gestion de la vitesse de course par le coureur. Notre athl\u00e8te a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter le palier 5 sans \u00eatre en mesure de repartir sur le palier 6.
