Pour rappel, L\u2019Ambit 2S est la nouvelle montre avec GPS int\u00e9gr\u00e9 compatible multisport pour les athl\u00e8tes passionn\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s. Elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une interface informatique sur internet qui se pr\u00e9nomme \u00ab Movescount \u00bb.<br \/>\nAinsi, dans la foul\u00e9e de mon escapade verticale matinale, et avec le support de Fabien Meyer, Guide de haute montagne \u00e0 la compagnie des Guides de Chamonix et Community Manager Suunto, j\u2019ai pu t\u00e9l\u00e9charger et analyser les donn\u00e9es enregistr\u00e9es par l\u2019Ambit 2S.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32106\" alt=\"analyse-kilometre-vertical-suunto-1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/analyse-kilometre-vertical-suunto-1.jpg\" width=\"620\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/analyse-kilometre-vertical-suunto-1.jpg 470w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/analyse-kilometre-vertical-suunto-1-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/analyse-kilometre-vertical-suunto-1-150x112.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 470px) 100vw, 470px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019interface Movescount, logiciel en ligne de Suunto, est une mine d\u2019informations \u00e0 commencer par les plus basiques comme le temps de course, l\u2019<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> au km, la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque moyenne, la distance parcourue, la vitesse de d\u00e9placement. Une petite nouveaut\u00e9 cependant pour moi, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment cit\u00e9es, le temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. En effet, en fonction de l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et de la dur\u00e9e d\u2019entra\u00eenement de la s\u00e9ance, le logiciel estime le temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration pour compenser de la s\u00e9ance. Celles-ci repr\u00e9sentent les diff\u00e9rentes variations d\u2019un param\u00e8tre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9. Par exemple, il s\u2019agit ci-dessus de ma fr\u00e9quence cardiaque que j\u2019avais s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable. Un autre graphique pr\u00e9sente en barres et en courbe le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque niveau d\u2019intensit\u00e9 qu\u2019a d\u00e9fini le logiciel \u00e0 partir de ma FCM et de ma FC de repos (param\u00e9tr\u00e9es en amont de ma s\u00e9ance dans mes param\u00e8tres personnels.) C\u2019est tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant car \u00e7a permet ainsi d\u2019analyser l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de son effort et de sa s\u00e9ance. A post\u00e9riori, j\u2019apprendrai qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019altim\u00e8tre barom\u00e9trique sur la montre Ambit 2S (contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019Ambit 1 et \u00e0 l\u2019Ambit 2). L\u2019altitude est toujours calcul\u00e9e et indiqu\u00e9e par le GPS et il n\u2019y a pas de base de cumul de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. Ainsi, la vitesse ascensionnelle, n\u2019est pas disponible dans les champs de donn\u00e9es li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019altitude.<br \/>\nCependant, Movescount propose une solution bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019utilisation d\u2019applications, les \u00ab Apps \u00bb, qui sont en fait des extensions d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par les utilisateurs pour les utilisateurs. Ces App sont fournies de mani\u00e8re officielle par Suunto, mais, d\u00e8s la prochaine mise \u00e0 jour du firmware de l\u2019Ambit 2S, ces infos seront inclues de base et nativement affich\u00e9e par la montre.
