Il faut dire que cette ann\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer mon brevet d&rsquo;entraineur de judo et que ce n&rsquo;est pas une mince affaire. G\u00e9rer le quotidien, les enfants, le travail, les entrainements, et rajouter en plus de tout \u00e7a des week-ends entiers \u00e0 travailler la p\u00e9dagogie sur le tatami. Alors des fois la s\u00e9ance de fractionn\u00e9 se transforme en petit footing tranquille car en ce moment am\u00e9liorer ma vitesse ce n&rsquo;est pas vraiment la priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Plus qu&rsquo;une semaine avant l&rsquo;examen final et apr\u00e8s un repos bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9, je fais d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement saut\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance de temps en temps pour me poser et \u00e7a fait un bien fou ! Je prends le temps durant lequel je devais m&rsquo;entrainer pour me reposer, je me pose sur le canap\u00e9 sans distraction (t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e9loign\u00e9, ordinateur \u00e9teint, pas d&rsquo;enfants dans le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre&#8230;) et je mets le r\u00e9veil au cas o\u00f9 je m&rsquo;endorme. Au final j&rsquo;ins\u00e8re une session de repos dans mon programme hebdomadaire.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9ditation ? peut \u00eatre j&rsquo;essaye de me vider la t\u00eate et de me concentrer sur ma respiration. Forc\u00e9ment avec la fatigue du moment, je me suis endormi \u00e0 chaque fois&#8230; la sieste du guerrier ! Cela fait plusieurs semaines que j&rsquo;applique cela, rien n&rsquo;est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance. j&rsquo;ai le droit \u00e0 un joker par semaine sur mon entrainement \u00e0 utiliser sur une des s\u00e9ances de course \u00e0 pied. C&rsquo;est souvent le vendredi car je ne veux pas griller mon joker plus t\u00f4t dans le semaine de peur d&rsquo;\u00eatre fatigu\u00e9 en fin de semaine.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9al serait de pouvoir faire ce petit repos en dehors des plages d&rsquo;entrainement mais l\u00e0 ce n&rsquo;est pas possible pour le moment.
