Voil\u00e0 quelques id\u00e9es pour vous \u00e9valuer facilement et vous permettre de progresser.<\/p>\n<h2>Le parcours f\u00e9tiche<\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est le plus simple, vous avez ce parcours pr\u00e8s de chez vous que vous connaissez par coeur. Vous avez l&rsquo;habitude de le faire, vous savez o\u00f9 se trouvent les points o\u00f9 vous pouvez perdre du temps. Essayer de le faire au moins une fois par mois et mesurer votre temps sur ce parcours. Ensuite d&rsquo;un mois \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre regarder si vous avez gagn\u00e9 du temps ou pas et essayez d&rsquo;analyser la raison de votre contre-performance : moins d&rsquo;entrainement, un peu plus de fatigue, le temps \u00e9tait mauvais&#8230; mais ne cherchez pas de mauvaises excuses.<\/p>\n<h2>La course classique<\/h2>\n<p>Vous avez s\u00fbrement une course pr\u00e8s de chez vous. Elle a lieu une fois par an et vous serez chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9 par l&rsquo;organisation de la course. Le but vous entrainez pour cette course et vous stimulez en essayant de faire mieux que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. \u00c7a sera en plus l&rsquo;occasion pour vous de d\u00e9couvrir l&rsquo;association du village qui organise la course et vous allez d\u00e9couvrir qu&rsquo;un certain nombre de vos voisins courent aussi !<\/p>\n<h2>La sortie en groupe<\/h2>\n<p>Courir en groupe, c&rsquo;est id\u00e9al pour la motivation ! Il va y avoir de l&rsquo;\u00e9mulation, un qui va acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer, l&rsquo;autre qui va faire un sprint pour savoir qui sera le premier \u00e0 la douche&#8230; mais surtout courir en parlant c&rsquo;est bon pour travailler la respiration. Cette \u00e9mulation va vous permettre de voir si vous progressez ou pas. Si vos coll\u00e8gues parlent et pas vous, il va falloir revoir un peu votre entrainement.<\/p>\n<h2>A long terme&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>Vous avez un grand r\u00eave : courir un marathon, l&rsquo;UTMB ou le marathon des sables&#8230; c&rsquo;est super mais il va falloir faire par \u00e9tape. Planifiez une progression qui vous permettra d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00eat et de vivre au mieux cette exp\u00e9rience. Si vous voulez courir un marathon, passer par un 10km et un semi-marathon.
