Avec des p\u00e9riodes de pointes o\u00f9 je cours tous les jours. Avec des pics de motivation ou des moments un peu plus cool. La course \u00e0 pied doit toujours rester un plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>Mais finalement ce que j&rsquo;aime c&rsquo;est le sport et l&rsquo;endurance en particulier. Les efforts longs o\u00f9 le physique ne suffit plus et ou le mental prend le relai. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le gabarit de monsieur tout le monde importe peu.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis l&rsquo;an dernier, j&rsquo;ai pris l&rsquo;habitude de faire quelques sorties en VTT, l\u00e0 ou g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement je fais plut\u00f4t des sorties trails. Cela permet de faire des sorties un peu plus longues et de d\u00e9couvrir des chemins. Je pratique le VTT en r\u00f4le exploratoire, je fais des tests, je m&rsquo;arr\u00eate, je prend la carte. Le v\u00e9lo donne plus d&rsquo;autonomie et permet d&rsquo;explorer les bois et les chemins alentour pour ensuite faire des sorties trails qui sortent de l&rsquo;ordinaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le VTT est encore plus technique que le trail, les descentes sont encore plus compliqu\u00e9s. Par chance, je n&rsquo;ai jamais fait de chute en descente en courant mais en VTT j&rsquo;ai quelques belles gamelles \u00e0 mon actif. Avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge je suis un peu plus m\u00e9fiant dans les descentes et surtout je maitrise mieux mon syst\u00e8me de freinage.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez d&rsquo;ailleurs imaginer faire une s\u00e9ance de cot\u00e9 en VTT. il suffit de trouver une bonne petite mont\u00e9e (pas trop technique non plus) car au bout de 3 mont\u00e9es, cela va devenir difficile d&rsquo;\u00eatre bien lucide et vous risqueriez de chuter.<\/p>\n<p>Quand vous avez trouv\u00e9 l&rsquo;endroit de r\u00eave, vous vous lancez dans la mont\u00e9e avec un rythme assez soutenu. Il faut essayer de vous donner un rep\u00e8re sur l&rsquo;endroit ou vous arr\u00eaterez la mont\u00e9e. Elle ne doit pas faire 3km, il faut essayer de partir sur une mont\u00e9e d&rsquo;une \u00e0 deux minutes et ensuite je vous conseille de redescendre au point de d\u00e9part \u00e0 pied et non sur le v\u00e9lo, afin de bouger un peu les jambes plut\u00f4t que de redescendre sur le v\u00e9lo avec les jambes fig\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Essayer de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter la montre une dizaine de fois et de redescendre tranquillement pour bien reprendre votre souffle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/du-vtt-en-complement-de-la-course-a-pied-30677.html\"><img width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/vtt-complement-150x150.jpg\" class=\"alignleft tfe wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/vtt-complement-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/vtt-complement-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><p>Varier les plaisirs pour ne pas se lasser !
