{"id":30537,"date":"2013-05-11T19:00:18","date_gmt":"2013-05-11T18:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/?p=30537"},"modified":"2013-05-11T19:00:18","modified_gmt":"2013-05-11T18:00:18","slug":"comment-regresser-sans-sen-apercevoir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/comment-regresser-sans-sen-apercevoir-30537.html","title":{"rendered":"Comment regresser sans s&rsquo;en apercevoir !"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-30538\" alt=\"regression\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/regression-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/regression-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/regression-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/>Depuis plus de 6 mois, je cours seul, sans rep\u00e8re, sans objectif, sans rythme,&#8230; mais avec beaucoup de plaisir. il m&rsquo;arrive de forcer un peu l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> comme dans une s\u00e9ance de seuil. il m&rsquo;arrive de faire un peu de fractionn\u00e9 en prenant comme rep\u00e8re les lampadaires sur le bord du chemin. il m&rsquo;arrive de forcer sur le dernier kilom\u00e8tre&#8230; mais la plupart du temps, je me laisse aller dans ce petit rythme tranquille sans marcher&#8230;<\/div>\n<p>Il faut dire que ma montre cardio-GPS est en panne, j&rsquo;ai train\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;envoyer en SAV et du coup je me laisse aller \u00e0 mon petit train de s\u00e9nateur. un peu plus rapide quand il pleut car j&rsquo;ai envie de rentrer mais un peu plus lent quand il fait beau (c&rsquo;est si rare en ce moment) ou j&rsquo;ai envie de profiter de la nature et du bon moment qui passe.<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Puis l&rsquo;envie de se lancer des d\u00e9fis revient et je me d\u00e9cide d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir finalement une Ambit 2 pour voir ou j&rsquo;en suis et me pr\u00e9parer correctement&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Jusque l\u00e0 tout allez bien et d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re sortie, je vais m&rsquo;apercevoir que je ne suis plus du tout dans le rythme. Au bout de quelques minutes \u00e0 courir \u00e0 mon rythme habituel, la montre me renvoit une image de moi que je n&rsquo;avais plus. je suis bien en dessous du rythme que j&rsquo;avais avant.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Le constat est clair mais pas alarmant. j&rsquo;ai couru sans savoir o\u00f9 j&rsquo;en \u00e9tais, je me suis install\u00e9 dans un faux rythme tout en gardant une certaine satisfaction d&rsquo;\u00eatre bien physiquement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ne soyez donc pas surpris si les chronos ne sont plus l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Quelques conseils pour ne pas tomber dans la routine :<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&#8211; Courir en groupe une fois de temps en temps, on parle, il y a de l&rsquo;\u00e9mulation et cela permet de voir ce qu&rsquo;on vaut.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&#8211; Avoir une montre bien configur\u00e9 pour voir la vitesse, les kilom\u00e8tres qu&rsquo;on parcourt, le rythme cardiaque. Cela va permettre de voir votre \u00e9tat de forme.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&#8211; avoir un parcours standard que vous ferez une fois par semaine et vous jetez un oeil en partant sur l&rsquo;horloge et idem \u00e0 votre retour. Si \u00e7a baisse, essayer de vous battre un peu plus la prochaine fois.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a
