Apr\u00e8s avoir test\u00e9 la Puma Faas 900 (soit un amorti de 9 sur 10) cet hiver, il m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 wanarun la possibilit\u00e9 de courir avec les Puma Faas 500 v2, soit un amorti de 5 sur 10. Ma premi\u00e8re appr\u00e9hension avant de me lancer \u00e9tait la suivante\u00a0: Que va-t-il \u00eatre de cette belle sensation de rebondi que m\u2019avait laiss\u00e9 la Faas 900\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s les premiers m\u00e8tres, la probl\u00e9matique est tout autre\u00a0: c\u2019est le drop dont j\u2019aurai du me m\u00e9fier, cette fameuse diff\u00e9rence entre la hauteur de l\u2019avant pied et celle du talon. En effet, si ma pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente chaussure proposait un drop de 12 mm environ, avec la Faas 500 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> g\u00e9n\u00e9ration on passe \u00e0 4 mm. En l\u2019espace de quelques foul\u00e9es, je venais de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer de \u00ab\u00a0plein pied\u00a0\u00bb (c\u2019est le cas de le dire)\u00a0dans le monde du minimalisme. Fini l\u2019attaque talon, c\u2019est le m\u00e9dio pied qui \u00e0 pris le relai\u00a0! C\u2019est assez surprenant, comme toutes les premi\u00e8res fois, mais c\u2019est tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able (pas comme toutes les premi\u00e8res fois\u00a0J)\u00a0! Mon pied est r\u00e9actif et dynamique et ma foul\u00e9e devient naturellement plus fr\u00e9quente.<\/p>\n<p>Et l\u2019amorti dans tout \u00e7a\u00a0? Et bien il est correct, en tout cas tant que ma course se fait vive et rapide. En effet, d\u00e8s que l\u2019<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> se r\u00e9duit, la chaussure \u00ab\u00a0tape\u00a0\u00bb un peu. En fait, je me rends vite compte que la Faas 500 v2 ne tol\u00e8re pas beaucoup le footing lent. Moi-m\u00eame, avec ces chaussures au pied, je m\u2019aper\u00e7ois que je m\u2019ennuie ferme \u00e0 faible allure, comme si v2 signifiait vitesse sup\u00e9rieure. La Faas 500 v2 ne demande qu\u2019\u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et \u00e0 aller vite. Alors c\u2019est parti, je passe au seuil et l\u00e0 elle en demande encore\u00a0! De la <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a>\u00a0? ok\u00a0! et l\u00e0 on s\u2019\u00e9clate\u00a0! Vous l\u2019aurez compris, cette chaussure est faite pour la vitesse, les <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> et les comp\u00e9titions courts comme le voudrait sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9. Lors de la sortie en endurance, et pour la m\u00eame perception d\u2019effort, j\u2019ai m\u00eame gagn\u00e9 en moyenne 5 secondes au km\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Et pour le reste\u00a0? Et bien en plus d\u2019\u00eatre rapide, elle est hyper confortable. Le chaussant est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ciable pour ne pas dire parfait (en tout cas pour mon pied), le maintien est tr\u00e8s bon au niveau du talon et du m\u00e9dio-pied, la toe box (espace \u00e0 l\u2019avant du pied) laisse juste ce qui faut de libert\u00e9 pour les orteils et le tissu en maille permet une super respirabilit\u00e9 du pied. Enfin, test\u00e9e aussi sur sol humide ou encore sous la pluie, l\u2019accroche de la Puma Faas 500 v2 est impressionnante.<\/p>\n<p>Des derniers petits conseils pour qui voudrait l\u2019adopter\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Chaussez-l\u00e0 pour vos s\u00e9ances de course rapide, \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement comme en comp\u00e9tition<\/li>\n<li>Restez sur la route\u00a0: des gravillons ou petites pierres ont vite fait de se coincer dans les rainures arri\u00e8res de la semelle ext\u00e9rieure, plus larges que les rainures avant.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous avez toujours couru avec des chaussures traditionnelles, autrement dit dont le drop \u00e9tait \u00e9gal ou sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10-16 mm, optez si possible pour des chaussures de transition (drop de 8 mm dans l\u2019id\u00e9al) avant de l\u2019utiliser ou bien soyez progressifs dans son utilisation.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les autres, foncez\u00a0!
