Cet article n&rsquo;a rien de scientifique, c&rsquo;est juste une r\u00e9flexion d&rsquo;un coureur lambda (ie: moi) qui se pose parfois quelques questions inutiles.<\/p>\n<p>La course \u00e0 pied peut para\u00eetre le sport le plus simple car il suffit de courir mais la foul\u00e9e est surtout un sujet de d\u00e9bat \u00e9ternel. Le but de chacun n\u2019\u00e9tant pas de chercher LA foul\u00e9e efficace mais SA foul\u00e9e efficace\u2026 Le choix de l\u2019article dans la phrase pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente va prendre tout son sens car je pense que chaque coureur a une foul\u00e9e diff\u00e9rente car chaque coureur a une morphologie diff\u00e9rente et un v\u00e9cu diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019on fait du fond, il est plus sain d\u2019avoir un r\u00e9gime constant. Si l\u2019on devait comparer v\u00e9lo et course \u00e0 pied, le cycliste tourne de mani\u00e8re constante les p\u00e9dales et les vitesses font le reste (bien sur cette description est tr\u00e8s sch\u00e9matique car on oublie les d\u00e9marrages, les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations,\u2026 ).<\/p>\n<p>En tant que coureur de fond, vous allez donc varier votre vitesse en allongeant ou en diminuant la taille de la foul\u00e9e.
