La majorit\u00e9 des coureurs sont des coureurs urbains et ils s&rsquo;entrainent tous dans un milieu hostile mais surtout dans un milieu qui regorge d&rsquo;outils pour vous aider \u00e0 mieux vous entrainer.<\/p>\n<p>Vous vous dites sans doute que je dois r\u00eaver et que vous n&rsquo;avez jamais vu de salle de musculation en plein air et pourtant vous avez mal regard\u00e9. Votre ville est truff\u00e9 de mobiliers urbains (bancs, escaliers, rambardes,\u00a0 plots,&#8230;).
