La question revient souvent et j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 une r\u00e9ponse toute faite : \u00ab\u00a0Tu es d\u00e9j\u00e0 all\u00e9 en boite de nuit ? tu as fait l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e avec un colonnel qui te crie dessus ? tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait du v\u00e9lo d&rsquo;appartement ? Le spinning c&rsquo;est le m\u00e9lange de tout \u00e7a\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 le d\u00e9cor est plant\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<h2>Une s\u00e9ance de cardio-cycling<\/h2>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, une s\u00e9ance dure entre 30 minutes et une heure. On commence par bien s&rsquo;installer sur le v\u00e9lo et surtout mettre les cales-pieds. Il est primordial de bien se caler pour pouvoir p\u00e9daler au maximum sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. Je vous conseille de cacher vos lacets pour que rien ne d\u00e9passe. Le spinning se pratique sur un v\u00e9lo sp\u00e9cifique avec une roue lest\u00e9e (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 15 \u00e0 25 kg) sur laquelle s&rsquo;applique des freins machoires avec plus ou moins d&rsquo;intensit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9ance se d\u00e9coupe comme dans la plupart des sports avec un \u00e9chauffement et un retour au calme. Au milieu de tout \u00e7a, il faudra p\u00e9daler&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer, augmentater l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9, descendre le centre de gravit\u00e9 sous la selle, faire des flexions sur les bras, passer en danseuse, alterner debout \/ assis,&#8230; seule l&rsquo;imagination du professeur (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral un ex-colonnel de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9\u00e9 russe) vous donnera des limites.<\/p>\n<p>Au final, vous \u00eates lessiv\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est vraiment du travail cardiaque vous serez en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral entre 100 et 140 pulsations par minute avec \u00e9ventuellement des pointes \u00e0 150 donc ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 du fractionn\u00e9 m\u00eame si les exercices sont souvent du travail de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment essayer sans s&rsquo;abonner ?<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous voulez vous faire un avis, allez dans une salle de sport et demandez \u00e0 faire une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;essai. Vous serez surement conquis.
