Je vous propose tout simplement de la remplacer par une randonn\u00e9e raquettes en montagne.<\/p>\n<p>La plupart des stations de moyennes montagnes proposent ce genre d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;un guide qui vous encadrera et vous fera d\u00e9couvrir la montagne. Pour ma part, je suis all\u00e9 avec des amis dans les Vosges \u00e0 la station du champ du feu.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut compter une demi-journ\u00e9e pour faire une randonn\u00e9e compl\u00e8te et nous avons du faire une petite balade de 8 kilom\u00e8tres environ (oui j&rsquo;avoue j&rsquo;avais compl\u00e9tement oubli\u00e9 de prendre mon <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a> pour enregistrer la trace).<\/p>\n<p>Ce jour l\u00e0, la neige \u00e9tait fraiche et \u00e9paisse, c&rsquo;est sans aucun doute le meilleur moment pour que l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> soit le plus efficace possible. Vous allez devoir lever les genoux et le poids de la neige collante sur vos raquettes va vous muscler. De quoi prendre un grand bol d&rsquo;air frais et de faire un peu de cardio. Si vous \u00eates dans un bon groupe, vous devriez assez vite ressentir les effets. Tout cela sans compter les d\u00e9nivel\u00e9s avec les descentes mais aussi et surtout les mont\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Voil\u00e0 selon moi, une bonne fa\u00e7on de varier les plaisirs tout en restant dans le cadre de votre entrainement. Je vous conseille \u00e9galement d&#8217;embarquer quelques copains \/ copines dans l&rsquo;aventure car au del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;aspect sportif, vous allez d\u00e9couvrir des superbes paysages et les chutes seront bien s\u00fbr de la partie.
