J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que vous arrivez quand m\u00eame \u00e0 suivre. Et non, je ne suis toujours pas retourn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouverture de la bo\u00eete que j&rsquo;aurais d\u00fb filmer afin de la projeter devant vos yeux \u00e9bahis. Une fois encore, je zappe des \u00e9pisodes, auxquels il me faudra n\u00e9anmoins revenir un jour &#8211; si tant est que je me souvienne de quoi je devais parler.<\/p>\n<p>Partons donc ensemble, aujourd&rsquo;hui, \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte du <strong>Training Center<\/strong>. Le Training Center (en Fran\u00e7ais, Centre d&rsquo;Entra\u00eenement) est le logiciel &#8211; compatible PC \/ Mac a priori, cela dit, pour Mac je n&rsquo;ai pas pu le v\u00e9rifier &#8211; qui permet off-line, d&rsquo;une part, de g\u00e9rer la pr\u00e9paration de ses entra\u00eenements, d&rsquo;autre part, de post-analyser ses s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<p>La post-analyse est d&rsquo;une simplicit\u00e9 simplissime d&rsquo;utilisation. D&rsquo;abord veiller \u00e0 ce que le PC ou le Mac soit allum\u00e9 &#8211; se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au manuel d&rsquo;utilisation-, que l&rsquo;antenne USB du Garmin soit connect\u00e9e et, en rentrant de son parcours, approcher le Garmin \u00e0 moins de 3 m\u00e8tres du dit PC et de la dite antenne. Et l\u00e0, miracle, le transfert de donn\u00e9es s&rsquo;effectue tout seul et le logiciel s&rsquo;ouvre sur le panneau d&rsquo;analyse qui permet :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2654\" title=\"Postanalyse\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Postanalyse-300x173.jpg\" alt=\"Postanalyse\" width=\"300\" height=\"173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Postanalyse-300x173.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/Postanalyse.JPG 992w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>&#8211; d&rsquo;afficher son parcours. Ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas un PC \u00e9quip\u00e9 de !%!\u00a7\u00a0\u00bb#! Windows 2000 peuvent m\u00eame superposer une carte Google Earth pour que \u00e7a fasse plus joli.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; d&rsquo;afficher une analyse graphique du parcours mais uniquement en fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et <a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> \/ vitesse<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&#8211; d&rsquo;afficher une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e par tron\u00e7on de parcours (longueur des tron\u00e7ons programmable) avec tous les param\u00e8tres dont vous r\u00eavez : FC, vitesse, vitesse max, vitesse min, allure, etc etc etc<\/p>\n<p>Un d\u00e9tail : pour downloader un deuxi\u00e8me parcours \u00e0 partir du bo\u00eetier, il faut fermer le logiciel.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration des entra\u00eenements est THE fonction, surtout pour ceux qui adorent les entra\u00eenements techniques \u00e0 base de <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a>, de seuil, de minutes pass\u00e9es \u00e0 tant de % de VMA &#8230; Et cette fonction est l\u00e0 encore d&rsquo;une simplicit\u00e9 simplissime d&rsquo;utilisation :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; un calendrier perp\u00e9tuel en guise d&rsquo;historique des s\u00e9ances<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; des entra\u00eenements types d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9s : distance, allure &#8230; bof &#8230; fartlek &#8211; ah ! &#8211; intervalles &#8211; ah ! &#8211; pyramidal &#8211; yeah !<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; une interface didactique de programmation avec la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couper les s\u00e9ances en s\u00e9quences aux contenus variables.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-2656\" title=\"prog\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/prog1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"prog\" width=\"199\" height=\"171\" \/>Sur la copie d&rsquo;\u00e9cran ci-jointe, j&rsquo;ai programm\u00e9 mon entra\u00eenement de ce midi (pr\u00e9paration 20 km de Paris, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.athlete-endurance.com\/index.php\/training-plan\/entrainement-semi-marathon\/plan-dentrainement-semi-marathon\/139-503bis-semi-marathon-4-seances-par-semaine-sur-7-semaines-vma-inf-18kmh-\">Semaine 5 Jour 1 du plan 503bis d&rsquo;Athlete-Endurance<\/a>) : 30 minutes de footing suivi de 15x 20s\/20s en VMA. Cela m&rsquo;a pris moins d&rsquo;une minute.<\/p>\n<p>Et quand je parle de s\u00e9quences aux contenus variables, il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts. Voyez un peu : la s\u00e9quence peut \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9e : apr\u00e8s un certain temps, lorsque la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque d\u00e9passe un seuil haut ou bas, apr\u00e8s une certaine distance, apr\u00e8s un certain nombre de calories br\u00fbl\u00e9es &#8211; il y en a vraiment qui utilisent cette fonction ??? &#8211; ou lorsqu&rsquo;on appuie sur le bouton d&rsquo;arr\u00eat. Et elle peut \u00eatre ax\u00e9e sur : de la distance, de la vitesse, du temps pass\u00e9 dans telle zone de fr\u00e9quence, de vitesse etc etc etc, n&rsquo;en jetez plus !<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la programmation est termin\u00e9e, il suffit d&rsquo;indiquer au logiciel d&rsquo;envoyer les infos au ForeRunner et c&rsquo;est parti pour une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement au rythme des bips de votre nouveau gadget \u00e9lectronique. Un vrai pitbull, d&rsquo;ailleurs, qui ne vous l\u00e2che pas la grappe. Pas la peine d&rsquo;esp\u00e9rer faire du 18 s VMA\u00a0\/ 22 s r\u00e9cup\u00a0et gratter quelques secondes de repos. 5 bips pour vous pr\u00e9venir qu&rsquo;il va falloir acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et un bip strident pour dire que si maintenant vous n&rsquo;avez toujours pas boug\u00e9, c&rsquo;est que vous \u00eates un gros fain\u00e9ant !<\/p>\n<p>Dommage qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait pas une voix de synth\u00e8se comme sur les GPS de voiture : \u00ab\u00a0Fred, bouges-toi le c.., tu ne vas pas assez vite\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Fred, ralentis, tu vas d\u00e9coller si tu continues\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Fred, tu dors ou quoi ?\u00a0\u00bb.
