Je ne reviendrais pas sur le principe et la m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;utilisation. Mais sur un bilan tr\u00e8s personnel&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re chose importante, il m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile de l&rsquo;utiliser au d\u00e9part. En effet, je supporte assez mal d&rsquo;avoir des \u00e9l\u00e9ments en plastique dans la bouche et mon dentiste est le premier \u00e0 s&rsquo;en plaindre. La seule technique que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 pour supporter les s\u00e9ances chez le dentiste est de respirer par le nez&#8230; Dans le cas qui nous int\u00e9resse, c&rsquo;est tout simplement inutile&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Si on devait comparer ce syst\u00e8me, je dirais qu&rsquo;on retrouve l&rsquo;impression que vous auriez en utilisant un tuba de plong\u00e9e sous-marine.<\/p>\n<p>Alors mes d\u00e9buts furent difficiles, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 par une trentaine de seconde et \u00e0 la limite du vomissement. Puis au fur et \u00e0 mesure, j&rsquo;ai pu pousser l&rsquo;utilisation un peu plus longtemps. Au bout d&rsquo;un mois d&rsquo;utilisation, j&rsquo;ai reussi pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 tenir 10 minutes sur une sortie de 40 minutes. Mais je ne peux pas l&rsquo;utiliser en d\u00e9but d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>, il faut que je l&rsquo;utilise plut\u00f4t vers la fin de l&rsquo;entrainement (apr\u00e8s 20 \/ 25 minutes). l&rsquo;utilisation est (selon moi) tr\u00e8s difficile en d\u00e9but de s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Est-ce vraiment efficace ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Difficile \u00e0 dire&#8230; J&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression que mon r\u00e9cent passage en niveau 2 prouve que j&rsquo;ai am\u00e9lior\u00e9 ma respiration. Car il y a quelques semaines, je n&rsquo;aurais pas pu supporter 10 minutes en niveau 1.<\/p>\n<p>Pour mesurer, l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle il aurait fallu faire une s\u00e9rie de tests avec plusieurs utilisateurs avec un spirom\u00e8tre. Clairement un peu compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en place : Il faudrait plusieurs dizaines d&rsquo;utilisateurs pour ne pas avoir des r\u00e9sultats fauss\u00e9s par les petites grippes de d\u00e9but d&rsquo;automne ou les allergies du printemps.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pour ma part trouv\u00e9 un l\u00e9ger mieux mais je ne peux affirmer que cela soit d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation du syst\u00e8me Hypox. En effet, le mois de septembre est \u00e9galement la mois de la reprise de mon autre sport (le Judo) et j&rsquo;ai eu un mois de septembre assez intense avec les stages de rentr\u00e9e et le d\u00e9but de la pr\u00e9paration de mon certificat f\u00e9d\u00e9ral&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, si vous voulez tenter l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas g\u00e9n\u00e9 par l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un Tuba en plong\u00e9e, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas !
