C&rsquo;est suffisamment long pour bien profiter des superbes paysages, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas non plus le grand format de 48km. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;occasion de faire de belles rencontres, de d\u00e9couvrir un peu la ville de Gap qui nous a gentiment et g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement accueillis mais surtout de profiter des montagnes et des paysages qui sont juste \u00e0 la porte de la ville.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Mise en bouche avec le Team Asics Trail<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s une bonne pr\u00e9paration men\u00e9e depuis quelques mois sous les conseils de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorexperiences.net\/teamtrail\/eric-lacroix-entraineur\/\">Eric Lacroix<\/a> (conseils pertinents&#8230; mais pas toujours suivi par le mauvais \u00e9l\u00e8ve que je peux \u00eatre), on a peaufin\u00e9 l&rsquo;approche de la course la veille au pr\u00e8s de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorexperiences.net\/teamtrail\/laurent-ardito\/\">Laurent Ardito<\/a> et de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorexperiences.net\/\">Team Asics Trail<\/a>, histoire d&rsquo;avoir quelques bons tuyaux pour \u00eatre en pleine forme sur la ligne de d\u00e9part. Au programme, 30 min d&rsquo;\u00e9veil musculaire \u00e0 base de footing lent, mouvements d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations et \u00e9tirements l\u00e9gers, encadr\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorexperiences.net\/teamtrail\/emmanuel-gault\/\">Manu Gault<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorexperiences.net\/teamtrail\/xavier-thevenard\/\">Xavier Th\u00e9venard<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorexperiences.net\/teamtrail\/thomas-saint-girons\/\">Thomas Saint Girons<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorexperiences.net\/teamtrail\/franck-bussiere\/\">Franck Bussi\u00e8re<\/a>. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que je me sens chanceux d&rsquo;avoir pu discuter en toute simplicit\u00e9 avec des athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau qui se rendent pour l&rsquo;occasion tr\u00e8s disponibles. Sans doute qu&rsquo;en temps normal, je n&rsquo;aurai pas os\u00e9 aller les emb\u00eater.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Quand faut y aller&#8230;<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nDimanche matin, \u00e0 quelques heures du d\u00e9part, je me r\u00e9veille doucement. Enfin j&rsquo;essaie car c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s difficile. Et dire que Fabrice doit lui d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 partir pour 48km d&rsquo;une <a title=\"R\u00e9cit ordinaire d\u2019un trail extra-ordinaire \u2013 Trail Edelweiss, Gapen\u2019Cimes 2012\" href=\"http:\/\/runonline.wordpress.com\/2012\/10\/09\/recit-ordinaire-dun-trail-extra-ordinaire-trail-edelweiss-gapencimes-2012\/\">belle aventure<\/a>. Respect&#8230; car je me dis que mes 25km vont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre tr\u00e8s longs. Arriv\u00e9 sur la zone de d\u00e9part, un grand pr\u00e9 du Domaine de Charance, on s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffe tous ensemble en compagnie de la Team Asics Trail. La pression monte doucement, le ciel est mena\u00e7ant, chacun fini de se pr\u00e9parer avant le d\u00e9part. Jusqu&rsquo;ici tout va bien, un peu coinc\u00e9 dans le trafic mais c&rsquo;est pas plus mal car \u00e7a m&rsquo;\u00e9vite de me cramer d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, d&rsquo;autant que je manque un peu de foncier pour la distance. Arrive enfin les choses s\u00e9rieuses, la mont\u00e9e vers la cr\u00eate. On ralentit, \u00e7a bouchonne, on pose les mains pour grimper les parois. Ce n&rsquo;est plus de la course mais de la rando de montagne. Quelques courtes poses dans l&rsquo;ascension pour lever la t\u00eate et regarder autre chose que mes pieds, le panorama est magnifique m\u00eame si quelques nuages bouchent un peu la vue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arriv\u00e9 sur la cr\u00eate, les paroles de Serge Moro la veille prennent tout leur sens : \u00ab\u00a0Attention, les pierres sur la cr\u00eate sont tr\u00e8s glissantes\u00a0\u00bb. Pourtant c&rsquo;est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s plat, mais en d\u00e9vers, avec la terre, de l&rsquo;herbe et des pierres, rien de particulier. Et pourtant&#8230; une vraie patinoire ! Je comprends mieux pourquoi on nous avait invit\u00e9 la veille au soir \u00e0 assister au match de hockey entre Gap et Morzine : tout simplement pour se mettre dans l&rsquo;ambiance patinoire et voir comment les pros du hockey font pour maitriser la glisse. Eh bien pour les traileurs, c&rsquo;est bien plus compliqu\u00e9 ! Malgr\u00e9 le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 quasi nul, l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> n&rsquo;\u00e9tait vraiment pas rapide et tout le monde avait les appuis fuyants sur chaque foul\u00e9e. Je me suis m\u00eame surpris \u00e0 vite vouloir refaire de la grimpette pour sortir de ce pi\u00e8ge. Quelques frayeurs et glissades plus tard, voeu exhauss\u00e9, \u00e7a remonte \u00e0 nouveau. Le moment pour moi d&rsquo;attaquer la derni\u00e8re bosse. Un traileur connaissant le parcours avait pr\u00e9venu un peu plus t\u00f4t : \u00ab\u00a0la derni\u00e8re mont\u00e9e est courte, mais tr\u00e8s raide\u00a0\u00bb. Je confirme, \u00e7a fait mal aux cuisses, mais l\u00e0 le coeur monte \u00e9galement haut dans les tours. Pas d&rsquo;autre choix que de progresser vraiment doucement. Une fois franchie, je sais que c&rsquo;est gagn\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai fait le plus dur : il reste 8 ou 9 km, mais que de la descente, \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier prudemment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oui mais&#8230; il y a toujours un mais&#8230; Le d\u00e9but de la descente se fait dans un champ, assez pentu et surtout tr\u00e8s pi\u00e9geux. Mes articulations ne lui disent pas merci. J&rsquo;attends avec impatience le dernier ravitaillement, pas par besoin mais juste pour savoir o\u00f9 j&rsquo;en suis. Sauf que le chemin en sous-bois avec peu de point de vue au loin pour se motiver, c&rsquo;est dur psychologiquement \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0. Les cuisses se contractent de plus en plus, mais qu&rsquo;est ce que je fous l\u00e0 ?!? Puis je vois un spectateur qui m&rsquo;encourage et m&rsquo;indique le ravito \u00e0 200m. Cool ! 200m plus loin : \u00ab\u00a0Allez courage, la ravito est \u00e0 200m !\u00a0\u00bb. Cela a au moins eu le m\u00e9rite de me changer les id\u00e9es en me rappelant ce <a title=\"Des bosses et des bulles: Y reste combien???\" href=\"http:\/\/desbossesetdesbulles.blogspot.fr\/2012\/09\/y-reste-combien.html\">tr\u00e8s bon dessin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le ravito, enfin. Les crampes montent aux cuisses mais en courant, \u00e7a passe. Les 7 km de descente se font au mental mais \u00e0 vive allure, ce qui ne m&#8217;emp\u00eache pas de me faire d\u00e9poser sur place par quelques coureurs du 48 km. J&rsquo;ai envie de crier, pas \u00e0 cause de ma crampe au mollet ou d&rsquo;un mauvais appui, non, juste crier de bonheur car je suis heureux d&rsquo;\u00eatre l\u00e0, d&rsquo;avoir tenu le coup tout le long. Le micro de plus en plus audible, les spectateurs de plus en plus pr\u00e9sents, la ligne d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e est juste au bout. Mais l\u00e0, \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai jet\u00e9 le chrono aux oubliettes et j&rsquo;avais simplement le sentiment d&rsquo;avoir plus que rempli mon objectif : j&rsquo;ai fini le trail entier, profit\u00e9 de la cr\u00eate et des paysages qu&rsquo;elle offre, rencontr\u00e9 et \u00e9chang\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres passionn\u00e9s.
