D&rsquo;habitude c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t l&rsquo;inverse &#8230; Mais, comme la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique est un sujet qui me passionne et que l&rsquo;audience de Wanarun est &#8211; nettement mais alors franchement nettement &#8211; sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du blog, j&rsquo;esp\u00e8re susciter quelques enrichissants d\u00e9bats. L&rsquo;article en question donc :<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Pour vivre et courir, le runner a besoin d&rsquo;apports quotidiens en vitamines, sels min\u00e9raux etc etc etc Vous connaissez le topo, \u00e9videmment, pas besoin de faire un dessin. Il est parfois tentant, en cas de carence av\u00e9r\u00e9e &#8211; ou pas d&rsquo;ailleurs -, ou parfois juste par commodit\u00e9, ou parce qu&rsquo;on ressent une fatigue ou parce qu&rsquo;on l&rsquo;a lu dans une revue sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e\u00a0 ou parce qu&rsquo;on a gob\u00e9 de jolies pubs aux promesses enthousiasmantes, \u00e0 recourir \u00e0 des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires de toutes sortes sous forme de cachets ou de g\u00e9lules alors que logiquement et naturellement, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments devraient \u00eatre apport\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme par une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et en rapport de ses activit\u00e9s physiques et intellectuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Est-ce une bonne id\u00e9e ?\u00a0La question m\u00e9rite d\u00e9bat car des \u00e9tudes scientifiques tr\u00e8s r\u00e9centes ont montr\u00e9 l&rsquo;inefficacit\u00e9 de certains de ces compl\u00e9ments de par leur absorption trop rapide par l&rsquo;organisme voire leur \u00e9limination quasi instantan\u00e9e. La raison en est d&rsquo;ailleurs tr\u00e8s simple. Dans les aliments, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs sont combin\u00e9s \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments (des graisses par exemple) &#8211; appel\u00e9s vecteurs &#8211; qui, dans l&rsquo;organisme, se transforment en leur taxi, les d\u00e9posent exactement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il faut, les fixent convenablement et s&rsquo;assurent de leur efficacit\u00e9 avant de les quitter. La majorit\u00e9 des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires artificiels actuels sont totalement d\u00e9pourvus de ces vecteurs. L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment nutritif est, en quelque sorte, livr\u00e9 \u00e0 lui m\u00eame au sein de l&rsquo;organisme et finalement son effet n&rsquo;est sans doute pas celui promis. Evidemment, les fabricants, les s\u00e9rieux tout au moins, sont parfaitement au courant de ces r\u00e9sultats et leurs labos travaillent d&rsquo;arrache-pied\u00a0sur le sujet mais aujourd&rsquo;hui la situation est sans doute moins belle qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;est vant\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a
