Ce livre n&rsquo;est plus disponible \u00e0 la vente&#8230; Et dans un des commentaires Tarq m&rsquo;a dit que le livre \u00e9tait disponible chez PriceMinister. Je l&rsquo;ai donc command\u00e9 aussit\u00f4t et il vient d&rsquo;arriver aujourd&rsquo;hui dans ma boites aux lettres (c&rsquo;est pas beau internet ?)<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc commenc\u00e9 la lecture&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;origine de l&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> fractionn\u00e9<\/strong> est assez dr\u00f4le finalement puisque c&rsquo;est \u00e0 la base une sorte de m\u00e9dicament&#8230; En effet, l&rsquo;entrainement par intervalle a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 par un cardiologue allemand pour soigner ses patients cardiaques. Par la suite, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;entraineur allemand <strong>Woldemar Gerschler<\/strong> qui utilisa cette technique pour les athl\u00e8tes de haut niveau.<\/p>\n<p>Ironie c&rsquo;est que souvent les m\u00e9d\u00e9cins, en cherchant \u00e0 soigner leurs patients, trouvent indirectement des moyens d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les performances des sportifs de haut niveau.
