Cet exercice aurait la vertu d&rsquo;augmenter sa capacit\u00e9 pulmonaire. Mais finalement je l&rsquo;ai rarement appliqu\u00e9 dans ce but !<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;exercice est assez simple mais demande un minimum de concentration. Id\u00e9alement je trouve qu&rsquo;il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de le faire allonger.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;exercice se d\u00e9roule en 15 temps :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 temps pour une inspiration profonde, on rentre le nombril et on gonfle la cage thoracique.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>3 temps on bloque la respiration<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>On expire tout doucement sur 8 temps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;exercice de respiration, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 cet exercice pour me d\u00e9tendre.
