Apr\u00e8s 3 ann\u00e9es de recherche et plusieurs brevets d\u00e9pos\u00e9s, les sportifs vont pouvoir travailler facilement et sp\u00e9cifiquement leur respiration durant l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pierre Sallet a constat\u00e9 que lors de l&rsquo;effort on a tendance \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le rythme de notre respiration plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;augmenter son amplitude. En effet, le corps a besoin de capter plus d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me <strong>Hypox<\/strong> va vous aider \u00e0 vous entrainer pour respirer de mani\u00e8re plus optimale : des respirations plus lentes mais plus amples.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me est compos\u00e9 de 4 morceaux : une partie qui peut ressembler \u00e0 la partie bouche d&rsquo;un tuba et une partie qui se positionne devant pour modifier l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Comment s&rsquo;entrainer avec ?<\/p>\n<p>Il faut appliquer le 1214 : l&rsquo;utiliser une s\u00e9ance sur deux pendant 1\/4 du temps.<\/p>\n<p>En pratique si vous courez 40 minutes 4 fois par semaine : vous devrez l&rsquo;utiliser sur 2 des 4 s\u00e9ances de la semaine pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation n&rsquo;est pas facile car cela signifie qu&rsquo;il faut courir avec un \u00e9l\u00e9ment dans la bouche. La mati\u00e8re est sans odeur ni gout et ne pose aucun \u00e9coeurement.
