M\u00eame si la plupart d&rsquo;entre vous ont une pratique amateur de la course \u00e0 pied, il est important de comprendre o\u00f9 se situe la limite entre une pratique saine et le dopage. La limite n&rsquo;est pas aussi franche que \u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le dopage c&rsquo;est quoi ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut d\u00e9j\u00e0 commencer par donner une d\u00e9finition exacte du dopage : c&rsquo;est la pratique consistant \u00e0 absorber des substances ou \u00e0 utiliser des actes m\u00e9dicaux afin d&rsquo;augmenter artificiellement ses capacit\u00e9s physiques ou mentales. On peut se doper pour modifier la morphologie, pour augmenter la force et la puissance musculaire, pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9nation, pour accro\u00eetre la concentration, pour se d\u00e9passer, pour ma\u00eetriser le rythme veille-sommeil, pour perdre du poids.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;ici vous confirmez que vous ne vous \u00eates jamais dopp\u00e9. Effectivement, vous n&rsquo;avez jamais pris d&rsquo;EPO ou m\u00eame du fameux pot belge. Mais malheureusement je peux vous assurer que 100% des gens ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris des produits dopants sans m\u00eame s&rsquo;en rendre compte ! Et si ca se trouve vous avez m\u00eame particip\u00e9 a des comp\u00e9titions sportives en prenant un produit dopant et vous auriez pu \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9 positif.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates asthmatique, vous le savez sans doute mais vous \u00eates dop\u00e9 en quasi permanence. En effet, le <strong>salbutamol,\u00a0<\/strong>qui est pris de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re par les asmathiques, est un produit qu&rsquo;on retrouve couramment chez les sprinteurs. Par exemple, au JO de 1996, 87% des sprinteurs avaient ce traitement alors que seulement de 2,7% de la population est asmathique. Il faut savoir que ce m\u00e9dicament am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e9nation du sang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A l&rsquo;insu de mon plein gr\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Donc vous ne le savez pas, mais la liste des produits dopant est quasiment sans fin. Pour les sportifs de haut-niveau, c&rsquo;est un veritable casse-t\u00eate pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de ne pas prendre de produits dopants. Donc si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas aussi attentifs, vous avez sans doute consomm\u00e9 un produit dopant. Un exemple simple : c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;hiver, vous avez un petit rhume et votre m\u00e9d\u00e9cin vous prescrit des m\u00e9dicaments. Vous avez de fortes chances de vous retrouvez avec un m\u00e9dicament a base d&rsquo;ephedrine. Ca y est vous vous \u00eates dop\u00e9s sans m\u00eame le savoir&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr le contexte est un peu extr\u00e8me, je l&rsquo;avoue. Mais une autre forme de dopage est apparu depuis quelques temps : certains compl\u00e9ments alimentaires. Vitamines, et autres cocktails qui vous font du bien&#8230; mais voil\u00e0 comment \u00eatre s\u00fbr de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis dans ces cocktails&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une norme antidopage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9gler ce probl\u00e8me, le minist\u00e8re des sports et l&rsquo;AFNOR viennent de mettre en place une norme antidopage :\u00a0La nouvelle norme AFNOR, applicable depuis le 14 juin 2012, garantit aux consommateurs de compl\u00e9ments alimentaires et de denr\u00e9es alimentaires, notamment aux sportifs, que les produits ainsi labellis\u00e9s sont exempts de substances dopantes.\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de la mention NF V 94-001, vous saurez que, ce que vous consommez, est exempt de substances dopantes.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant vous ne pourrez plus dire que vous ne savez plus.
