Ce n&rsquo;est plus vraiment le cas ! Entre la famille, le travail, les amis et le site \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, il faut \u00eatre efficace \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrainement. Alors bien que je ne sois pas entraineur dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en course \u00e0 pied mais plut\u00f4t un sportif int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par l&rsquo;entrainement. J&rsquo;essaye de trouver des exercices ludiques pour varier du tr\u00e8s classique : <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> \/ Sortie longue \/ r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Je vous avais pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme faire du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/seance-de-fractionne-sur-velo-dappartement-22663.html\">fractionn\u00e9 sur un v\u00e9lo d&rsquo;appartement\u00a0 <\/a>et aujourd&rsquo;hui je vous propose de profiter de la future p\u00e9riode estivale, de votre s\u00e9jour \u00e0 la plage ou des s\u00e9ances \u00e0 la piscine en famille pour faire de l&rsquo;<strong>Aqua Running<\/strong>. En disant ce mot je me disais que je venais de cr\u00e9er une nouvelle discipline mais malheureusement d&rsquo;autres y ont pens\u00e9 avant moi&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nombres d&rsquo;entre vous ont peut \u00eatre d\u00e9couvert l&rsquo;Aqua Biking : Cette nouvelle m\u00e9thode de cardio-training fait fureur dans les salles de sport et les piscines. L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat est simple faire du v\u00e9lo tout en rajoutant la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;eau pour muscler et raffermir les jambes. Il semblerait que la technique soit redoutable pour affiner les cuisses.<\/p>\n<p>Fort de cette d\u00e9couverte, je me suis dit qu&rsquo;il serait encore plus simple d&rsquo;appliquer cette technique \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrainement en course \u00e0 pied. Ce type d&rsquo;entrainement serait r\u00e9alisable en piscine ou \u00e0 la plage.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9alement choisissez un endroit du bassin ou vous avez de l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;a la taille. Vous allez ainsi \u00eatre dans une position id\u00e9ale ou la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;eau ne va s&rsquo;appliquer que sur les jambes et pas sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du corps.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite il vous suffit de r\u00e9aliser les m\u00eames entrainements que nous vous avions d\u00e9crit en vid\u00e9o :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/le-skipping-ou-griffe-19517.html\">le skipping ou griff\u00e9\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/les-foulees-bondissantes-19344.html\">les foul\u00e9es bondissantes\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/talon-fesse-19335.html\">Talon &#8211; fesse\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/montees-de-genoux-19331.html\">Mont\u00e9e de genoux<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mais vous allez voir que c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t fatiguant et que la r\u00e9sistance de l&rsquo;eau est un vrai frein.<\/p>\n<p>Si ces educatifs vous paraissent un peu trop compliqu\u00e9 pour un d\u00e9but en piscine et que vous avez du mal \u00e0 les r\u00e9aliser. vous pouvez simplement commencer \u00e0 faire des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations et reposez vous sur vos sensations. Certains vont pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer monter les genoux et d&rsquo;autres vont avoir des foul\u00e9es plus rasantes&#8230; Mais vous allez vite sentir que vous travaillez dur.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez ais\u00e9ment remplacer une s\u00e9ance de <a href=\"\/blog\/je-fractionne-tu-fractionnes-seance-de-fractionnes-324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"fractionn\u00e9\" >fractionn\u00e9s<\/a> en la r\u00e9alisant dans l&rsquo;eau.
