Ce livre offre une vision plus orient\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Forme et Sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Le livre est id\u00e9al pour une personne qui souhaite faire de la course \u00e0 pied une activit\u00e9 physique afin de perdre du poids et de mieux se sentir physiquement et psychologiquement.<\/p>\n<p>Le livre est agr\u00e9able \u00e0 lire, il est bien illustr\u00e9 et les pr\u00e9sentations des exerices sont tr\u00e8s didactiques. La progression des chapitres est interessantes mais on peut \u00e9galement picorer dans les diff\u00e9rents chapitres en fonction de ses questions.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, le chapitre sur \u00ab\u00a0la Foul\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb est tr\u00e8s bien con\u00e7u. Il \u00e9voque les diff\u00e9rents types sans partie pris et de mani\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait objective. L&rsquo;auteur Cyrille GINDRE met bien en avant que la foul\u00e9e id\u00e9ale n&rsquo;existe pas et que chaque coureur est diff\u00e9rent et doit adapter sa foul\u00e9e en fonction de sa pratique, de sa morphologie et des ses sensations. Un discours que je trouve tout \u00e0 fait coh\u00e9rent et que nous tenons aussi !<\/p>\n<p>Le livre part de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9 pour rentrer dans des d\u00e9tails tr\u00e8s pointus avec des plans d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainements<\/a> et des exercices de renforcement musculaire. On retrouve un chapitre tr\u00e8s bien fait sur les blessures avec des cas bien expliqu\u00e9s : Tendinite, courbature, crampe, p\u00e9rioste,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Un livre bas\u00e9 sur de nombreuses \u00e9tudes et tr\u00e8s bien document\u00e9. Si vous voulez vous prendre en main et avoir une base s\u00e9rieuse pour vous entrainer avec une base scientifique, je vous conseille de lire ce livre.
