Pour des informations plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, je ne peux que vous inviter \u00e0 lire <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nutri-site.com\/dossier-entrainement--courir-jeun--2--101.html\">l&rsquo;excellent dossier propos\u00e9 par Nutri-Site.com <\/a>sur le sujet.<\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"attachment wp-att-2048 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/1449592_blog.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/><\/div>\n<div>Si vous voulez perdre de la masse graisseuse, vous aff\u00fbter, pour employer un terme qui fleure bon son jargon alors oui la course \u00e0 jeun est faite pour vous. Mais attention, c&rsquo;est une pratique \u00e0 consommer avec relative mod\u00e9ration et sans improvisation.<\/div>\n<div>Mod\u00e9ration car, comme de toutes bonnes choses, il ne faut abuser. Deux s\u00e9ances par semaine et d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e comprise entre 30 minutes et 1 heure. J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;ailleurs ou\u00ef dire que 45 minutes \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 raisonnable. De pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur un parcours peu complexe et lors de s\u00e9ances de type continu (endurance plut\u00f4t que fractionn\u00e9). Bien \u00e9videmment, si vous d\u00e9butez cette pratique, il est recommand\u00e9 de commencer tr\u00e8s light (20-30 minutes) puis de monter progressivement en dur\u00e9e au fur et \u00e0 mesure que votre corps s&rsquo;habitue.<\/div>\n<div>Sans improvisation en se d\u00e9cidant sur un coup de t\u00eate au r\u00e9veil, car le repas de la veille au soir est fondamental et se doit d&rsquo;\u00eatre riche en sucres lents pour que l&rsquo;organisme tire toute la quintessence de l&rsquo;exercice. Ces s\u00e9ances doivent donc \u00eatre planifi\u00e9es et votre alimentation adapt\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence. A noter que la s\u00e9ance doit d\u00e9buter rapidement apr\u00e8s \u00eatre sorti du lit. Si vous avez l&rsquo;habitude de courir tard dans la matin\u00e9e, vous avez deux solutions : grass&rsquo;mat ou changer cette habitude.<\/div>\n<div>Et surtout qui dit \u00e0 jeun, ne dit pas assoiff\u00e9 ! Bien au contraire ! Il faut boire &#8211; de l&rsquo;eau &#8211; avant de s&rsquo;\u00e9lancer mais \u00e9galement pendant l&rsquo;effort &#8211; une boisson de type \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Enfin, le dit je\u00fbne ne doit pas se poursuivre au-del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;effort et il est obligatoire de prendre le petit-d\u00e9j en rentrant.<\/div>\n<div>Pour ceux qui consid\u00e8rent que vacances ne riment pas avec arr\u00eat de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et ses fortes chaleurs est un moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour la course \u00e0 jeun t\u00f4t le matin mais
