Ce n&rsquo;est rien de tout cela, la m\u00e9thode Pilates est une m\u00e9thode de musculation cr\u00e9e par Joseph Pilates au d\u00e9but du XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, je ne suis pas un grand fan des salles de musculation, mais apr\u00e8s ma blessure et 3 mois de s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9 quasi quotidienne, mon kin\u00e9 (et aussi la s\u00e9cu qui ne finan\u00e7ait plus ma r\u00e9\u00e9ducation) m&rsquo;a conseill\u00e9 de poursuivre en salle de musculation pour compl\u00e9ter&#8230; A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, je voyais mal comment ins\u00e9rer cela dans mon emploi du temps et finalement, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de placer cela sur ma pause d\u00e9jeuner en trouvant une salle a proximit\u00e9 de mon lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc rencontrer mon \u00ab\u00a0coach\u00a0\u00bb de fitness (qui avait eu la m\u00eame blessure que moi) et qui a su me confectionner un plan d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a> pour remuscler ma jambe mais aussi le reste&#8230; il m&rsquo;avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 conseill\u00e9 du Pilates mais j&rsquo;avais rejet\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire des cours collectifs car je ne souhaitais pas de contraintes horaires.<\/p>\n<p>Et puis finalement, apr\u00e8s quelques recherches sur Internet et ma curiosit\u00e9 naturelle m&rsquo;ont amen\u00e9 \u00e0 passer la porte des cours de Pilates. Il faut l&rsquo;avouer le cours est quand m\u00eame majoritairement f\u00e9minin mais les hommes sont l\u00e0. J&rsquo;ai choisi mon ballon et j&rsquo;ai fait ma premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance&#8230; et je peux dire \u00e0 tout ceux qui pensent que c&rsquo;est facile, vous n&rsquo;avez jamais essay\u00e9 !<\/p>\n<p>15 ans de judo, 10 ans de course \u00e0 pied, plusieurs entrainements par semaine depuis 10 ans&#8230; j&rsquo;ai eu mal partout !<\/p>\n<p>Le Pilates se pratique sans ou avec un ballon suisse (gros ballon de fitness). Le ballon permet d&rsquo;augmenter le nombre d&rsquo;exercices et de varier ainsi les \u00ab\u00a0plaisirs\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Une s\u00e9ance se d\u00e9compose en une succession de positions et de transitions dans les positions.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que je trouve int\u00e9ressant et en lien avec la course \u00e0 pied :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les exercices se rythment par rapport \u00e0 la respiration. Le fait de donner ce rythme permet de bien prendre conscience de son corps, des mouvements et de sa respiration. J&rsquo;avoue que je n&rsquo;ai jamais travaill\u00e9 la respiration, j&rsquo;ai plutot tendance \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles suivent le rythme&#8230; A tort s\u00fbrement !<\/li>\n<li>les exercices se rapprochent souvent de position de gainage mais il n&rsquo;y a peu de blocage. Le corps reste souvent en mouvement et brise la monotonie du gainage qui ressemble a un v\u00e9ritable supplice pour moi !<\/li>\n<li>l&rsquo;ambiance Zen (proche du yoga) permet de se relaxer et de se concentrer sur ses muscles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Difficile de d\u00e9crire sans images et vid\u00e9os. Je vous invite a regarder quelques vid\u00e9os sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/results?search_query=pilates\">Youtube<\/a> pour vous faire une id\u00e9e. Mais j&rsquo;ai pu remarquer que chaque professeur est diff\u00e9rent et donc malgr\u00e9 une base commune :\u00a0 les interpr\u00e9tations sont diff\u00e9rentes. Vous pourrez constater cela ais\u00e9ment sur les diff\u00e9rentes vid\u00e9os.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense qu&rsquo;en fonction du professeur que vous rencontrerez vous trouverez (ou pas) du r\u00e9pondant et un rythme qui vous convient.
