Le secret donc : je mange et bois &#8211; m\u00eame le petit ros\u00e9 du dimanche &#8211; 100% bio (enfin 99% car j&rsquo;ai un p\u00each\u00e9 mignon que je n&rsquo;avouerai pas m\u00eame sous la torture). Concentrons nous ici\u00a0sur la partie sportive. On est sur Wanarun, pas\u00a0sur Terra Nova, Copernic ou Montaigne.<\/p>\n<p>Manger bio, c&rsquo;est &#8211; encore &#8211; un peu cher donc on ach\u00e8te moins, donc on mange moins, donc on grossit moins, donc on est moins lourd, donc on court plus vite. CQFD !<\/p>\n<p>Pas convaincu ? Alors essayons cette autre version. Faire ses courses dans un magasin bio c&rsquo;est 1) trouver des produits bien plus sains que la m&#8230;. hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9e vendue chez <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">CENSURE<\/span>, pour peu qu&rsquo;on ait le courage de les cuisiner. 2) se rendre compte qu&rsquo;on peut manger des trucs qu&rsquo;on conna\u00eet mais qu&rsquo;on n&rsquo;aurait pas imagin\u00e9s comestibles style graines de courge ou algues 3) d\u00e9couvrir des aliments dont on ne soup\u00e7onna\u00eet m\u00eame pas l&rsquo;existence et en appr\u00e9cier certaines vertus \u00ab\u00a0curatives\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est donc ainsi qu&rsquo;entre ma farine de sarrasin et mon umeboshi, me sont apparues pour la premi\u00e8re fois les baies Goji. <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"attachment wp-att-2010 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/goji.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"85\" \/>Originaires de Chine, comme les chaussures de running que vous avez aux pieds, ces baies sont vendues dans nos contr\u00e9es uniquement s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Fra\u00eeches, elles doivent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es dans les 24h alors, m\u00eame si les transports ont fait des progr\u00e8s &#8230; Parmi la foultitude de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s cens\u00e9ment curatives ou simplement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques vant\u00e9es par le distributeur, l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;elles a particuli\u00e8rement retenu mon attention : les baies Goji favoriseraient le transport de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne aux muscles. Ceux qui ont le courage de lire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/plans-dentrainement-le-grand-decryptage-chap-6-le-5-km-1967.html\">mes articles <\/a>sur les plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement connaissent l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne dans la performance.<\/p>\n<p>Dans\u00a0l&rsquo;esprit de\u00a0 sacrifice et de d\u00e9vouement \u00e0 la cause runnistique qui anime les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Wanarun, j&rsquo;ai pris la d\u00e9cision de tester, pour vous,\u00a0\u00a0ces baies et ai entrepris une cure, depuis deux jours. Si, d&rsquo;ici quelques semaines, lors de votre jogging dominical vous vous fa\u00eetes enrhumer par le porteur du <a href=\"http:\/\/304574.spreadshirt.net\/fr\/FR\/Shop\">T-shirt <\/a>\u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fredericbrossard\">FRED<\/a> Team Wanarun\u00a0\u00bb, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de ces petits fruits aura \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e.
