Vous l\u2019aurez compris de vous-m\u00eame, qui dit d\u00e8s lors meilleure foul\u00e9e, dit aussi gain de vitesse ou \u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie, ce qui revient au m\u00eame d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re\u2026 Tous ces \u00e9ducatifs se font donc en d\u00e9but de s\u00e9ance, juste apr\u00e8s un \u00e9chauffement. Certains les font m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance, car avec la fatigue, ils sont beaucoup plus durs \u00e0 reproduire\u2026 Bref ils sont indispensables pour tous !<\/p>\n<h2>les mont\u00e9es de genoux<\/h2>\n<p>La mont\u00e9e des genoux est accentu\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au niveau du bassin. Il faut chercher \u00e0 \u00e9voluer \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, sans chercher l\u2019amplitude qui peut d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer le mouvement d\u2019ensemble. Cherchez \u00e0 r\u00e9duire au maximum la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019impact au sol. Les bras doivent suivre le mouvement dans le prolongement du corps et servir de balancier. La sollicitation musculaire est telle que l\u2019on risquerait sinon la blessure.<\/li>\n<li>toujours les faire sur un terrain souple et plat<\/li>\n<li>le travail des bras est important.
