Lors de la semaine en altitude, votre taux d&rsquo;h\u00e9matocrite (le nombre de globules rouges) va augmenter pour am\u00e9liorer le transport de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne vers les muscles jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter au taux d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne ambiant pour satisfaire votre corps.
