Depuis ma vie d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant en classe pr\u00e9paratoire, je g\u00e8re mon sommeil de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on (dans la mesure du possible) : respecter les cycles du sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>En effet pour ceux qui ne le savent pas le sommeil est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en cycle d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e moyenne de 90 minutes (1h30). Dans la premi\u00e8re partie de ce cycle, vous allez rentrer dans un sommeil de plus en plus profond, cette phase dure en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral plus de 60 minutes, ensuite une deuxi\u00e8me phase o\u00f9 votre cerveau est plus actif et ou vous pouvez r\u00eaver&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Durant la derni\u00e8re phase, vous avez un sommeil beaucoup plus l\u00e9ger et id\u00e9alement c&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment qu&rsquo;il faut se r\u00e9veiller.<\/p>\n<p>Id\u00e9alement il faut donc dormir des multiples de 1h30. En fonction des individus, il vous faudra entre 3 et 6 cycles pour \u00eatre au top de votre forme. J&rsquo;ai souvent remarqu\u00e9 que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais en meilleure forme si je dors 6h au lieu de 7h.
