{"id":1858,"date":"2009-05-13T18:34:46","date_gmt":"2009-05-13T17:34:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/?p=1858"},"modified":"2018-10-15T05:30:54","modified_gmt":"2018-10-15T04:30:54","slug":"plans-dentrainements-le-grand-decryptage-introduction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/plans-dentrainements-le-grand-decryptage-introduction-1858.html","title":{"rendered":"Plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenements, le grand d\u00e9cryptage &#8211; Introduction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;insu de mon plein gr\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialiste es entra\u00eenement de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\">wanarun<\/a> par le responsable du site, je me vois contraint &#8211; c&rsquo;est du 3e degr\u00e9 pour ceux qui n&rsquo;auraient pas compris &#8230; &#8211; de me lancer dans le Grand D\u00e9cryptage des plans d&rsquo;entra\u00eenements.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si vous feuilletez un mag de running &#8211; vous savez, ces mensuels qui ont tous en couverture la photo d&rsquo;une fille ou d&rsquo;un gars en train de courir avec un sourire de pub pour dentifrice &#8211; vous avez certainement\u00a0vu ces tableaux \u00e0 X lignes et Y colonnes (tiens une question en passant : comment on fait quand on a un &#8211; vrai &#8211; boulot pour faire 5 s\u00e9ances de running par semaine ?) remplis de distances et de pourcentage de <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> ou de FCM, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 vous faire progresser quel que soit votre \u00e2ge, votre taille, votre poids, votre distance f\u00e9tiche &#8230; Pas toujours facile de s&rsquo;y retrouver.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;articles dont je ne connais ni la fr\u00e9quence ni le nombre &#8211; il faut bien que je vous fasse cliquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour augmenter le nombre de visites sur le site &#8211; je me propose de vous d\u00e9crypter quelques plans types de ces au demeurant excellentes revues, m\u00eame si elles p\u00eachent par le manque d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 de leur couverture, en\u00a0en extrayant la substantifique moelle (pas g\u00e9niale cette\u00a0tournure de phrase). Les premiers chapitres seront consacr\u00e9s au vocabulaire de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.\u00a0Rendez-vous le xx.xx.2009\u00a0(si si 2009).<\/p>\n<p>Pour que ce premier article ait quand m\u00eame une vague consistance technique, je me permets un rappel de sciences naturelles (niveau CM2, je l&rsquo;ai r\u00e9vis\u00e9 l&rsquo;an dernier avec mon plus jeune) indispensable \u00e0 la bonne compr\u00e9hension des notions que nous aborderons :<\/p>\n<p>Le muscle sollicit\u00e9 produit une \u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique. Cette \u00e9nergie provient de la conversion par la cellule musculaire d&rsquo;une \u00e9nergie chimique. Les processus chimiques mis en jeu (je confonds peut-\u00eatre CM2 et 3e l\u00e0) n\u00e9cessitent ou pas\u00a0la pr\u00e9sence\u00a0d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne (on parle de processus ana\u00e9robie sans oxyg\u00e8ne \/ a\u00e9robie avec oxyg\u00e8ne). L&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne est apport\u00e9 au muscle par le sang.\u00a0Cet oxyg\u00e8ne\u00a0est\u00a0pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 par le sang dans les poumons.
