Merrell utilise toujours les semelles <a href=\"\/blog\/vrai-test-vibram-five-fingers-kso-suite-et-fin-6132.html\"title=\"Vibram Five Fingers\" >Vibram<\/a> et le z\u00e9ro-drop. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la notion de drop, elle est extr\u00eamement simple, le drop est la hauteur entre l&rsquo;avant du pied et le talon. le z\u00e9ro-drop signifie que le talon et a la meme hauteur que l&rsquo;avant du pied et vous avez donc tout de suite compris que les chaussures \u00e0 talon ont un \u00e9norme drop&#8230; mais ce n&rsquo;est pas ce mod\u00e8le de chaussure qui nous int\u00e9resse.<\/p>\n<p>Merrell en profite pour donner les grandes lignes des bienfaits : la stimulation de la plante de pieds et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des sensations, on redresse le corps avec le z\u00e9ro-drop et on renforce les muscles des jambes. L&rsquo;arche du pied va fournir l&rsquo;amorti n\u00e9cessaire et les articulations de la cheville pour stabiliser les appuis et limiter le choc du talon sur le sol.<\/p>\n<p>Le corps est redress\u00e9 et la foul\u00e9e est optimis\u00e9e. Vous \u00e9conomisez de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et vous diminuez les chocs sur les articulations.<\/p>\n<p>Effectivement tous ses arguments sont ceux de la pratique Barefoot mais malheureusement on omet parfois que cette pratique demande un apprentissage pr\u00e9cis, il ne suffit d&rsquo;acheter une paire de chaussure sans drop pour optimiser sa foul\u00e9e. Il va falloir r\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 courir et modifier sa foul\u00e9e, et cela doit \u00eatre fait progressivement.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2010, Merrell s&rsquo;est tout de suite int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 cette pratique et n&rsquo;a pas attendu que la mode soit lanc\u00e9e pour faire son apparition.
