Il para\u00eet que mes chaussures de running sont trop petites et que mes pieds cognent sur l&rsquo;avant du pied en descente ou qu&rsquo;avec l&rsquo;exercice ils gonflent. Pour ces raisons, <strong>il faut prendre au moins une pointure au-dessus<\/strong>. Pour ma part je ne prends qu&rsquo;une demi-pointure au-dessus, du 38,5 au lieu du 38 sinon je ne me sens pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise, j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;impression de flotter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quand mes ongles ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 tomber, je suis all\u00e9e voir ma g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste pour m&rsquo;assurer que ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas un champignon. Elle m&rsquo;a rassur\u00e9 \u00e0 ce sujet. Ils ont repouss\u00e9 et sont retomb\u00e9s \ud83d\ude09 Mais le dernier est bien jaune, bien laid. Comme il y a un nouveau podologue, qui se revendique comme \u00e9tant un podologue du sport \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chez moi, je me suis motiv\u00e9e \u00e0 aller le voir&#8230; <strong>et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que commence v\u00e9ritablement mon billet !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il me demande ce que je fais dans la vie&#8230; Je lui dis que, entre autres choses, j&rsquo;\u00e9cris sur diff\u00e9rents supports de course \u00a0pied et que je cours quatre fois par semaine. <strong>L\u00e0, le monsieur, me demande \u00ab\u00a0vous connaissez le Noen\u00a0\u00bb ? Moi \u00ab\u00a0euhhh non c&rsquo;est pour No\u00ebl ?\u00a0\u00bb Et l\u00e0, le dit-podologue m&rsquo;agresse (enfin, je me suis sentie agress\u00e9e) \u00ab\u00a0quoi ? vous dites que vous \u00eates une runneuse et vous ne connaissez pas le Noen ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><br \/>\nIl m&rsquo;explique quand m\u00eame que le Noen est un mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9volutionnaire dont il \u00e9quipe la plupart des semelles qu&rsquo;il fournit aux sportifs mais que maintenant, il va r\u00e9aliser des semelles 100% Noen bien moins ch\u00e8res que les semelles sur-mesure. Il m&rsquo;explique aussi que <strong>le Noen c&rsquo;est g\u00e9nial car \u00e7a absorbe 100% de l&rsquo;onde de choc et que contrairement aux semelles au sorbothane, \u00e7a ne se d\u00e9forme pas<\/strong> ! Il dit que c&rsquo;est g\u00e9nial pour les personnes qui ont des probl\u00e8mes de jambes lourdes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sur le coup, je me suis demand\u00e9 si j&rsquo;avais la t\u00eate du parfait pigeon et pourquoi il me faisait la pub de son Noen alors que j&rsquo;y suis juste all\u00e9 pour faire soigner mon ongle tout jaune, tout moche ! Soit dit en passant,<strong> je lui demande si c&rsquo;est un champignon et il me r\u00e9pond \u00ab\u00a0peut-\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb !<\/strong> ahahah la bonne blague \u00ab\u00a0peut-\u00eatre\u00a0\u00bb !<br \/>\nBref, je me suis d\u00e9merd\u00e9 moi m\u00eame avec mon peut-\u00eatre champignon et suis all\u00e9e acheter du Lamisil apr\u00e8s m&rsquo;\u00eatre renseign\u00e9e sur Facebook.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il me dit \u00e9galement que je suis \u00ab\u00a0valgus\u00a0\u00bb et que j&rsquo;ai absoluement besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e de semelles sur-mesure&#8230;. je lui r\u00e9ponds que je vais bien, que \u00e7a fait bien longtemps que je ne me suis pas v\u00e9ritablement bless\u00e9e et l\u00e0 il se met \u00e0 jouer sur la peur \u00ab\u00a0oooo mais vous \u00eates encore jeune&#8230; dans 20 ans vous verrez vous aurez mal au genou !\u00a0\u00bb Quel <del>con<\/del> ! Depuis cet entretien j&rsquo;ai effectivement mal au genou&#8230; ahhhh le psy&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme tous les podologues ne se valent pas, je me suis renseign\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du podologue de u-run, qui en plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre un podologue du sport, court et court m\u00eame tr\u00e8s bien (alors que le podologue cit\u00e9 ci-dessus fume clope sur clope et&#8230; roule en scooter, c&rsquo;est le sport qu&rsquo;il pratique sans doute). Bref, voici son avis sur le NOEN :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Pour ce qui est du noene 100 % c est comme tout ce qui universalis\u00e9 je pense<br \/>\nque c est une erreur<br \/>\ntout d abord les contraintes m\u00e9caniques du pied ne sont pas les memes<br \/>\nsuivant que l on est \u00e0 arriere pied et \u00e0 l avant pied cf article sur le<br \/>\nminimalisme et sur la tendinopathie<br \/>\nquant on fait une semelle on place une inclusion au niveau du talon pour<br \/>\nr\u00e9duire l onde de choc post mais cela est inclus dans une r\u00e9sine qui<br \/>\nstabilise l arriere pied pour la suite du mouvement \u00e0 l avant bien au<br \/>\ncontraire on met des mat\u00e9riaux dynamisants qui restituent de l energie si<br \/>\non inhibe par un mat\u00e9riau trop amortissant on perd cette relance<br \/>\ndonc le noene je l utilise mais a l arriere seulement et pas dans une<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0talonnette\u00a0\u00bb mais dans une stucture coh\u00e9rente\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/noen-18011.html\"><img width=\"150\" src=\"\" class=\"alignleft wp-post-image tfe\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" \/><\/a><p>Voil\u00e0 quelques temps que je perds mes ongles de pieds.
