{"id":17604,"date":"2011-10-13T04:00:23","date_gmt":"2011-10-13T03:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/?p=17604"},"modified":"2024-02-19T14:19:26","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T13:19:26","slug":"piste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/piste-17604.html","title":{"rendered":"Comment se faire plaisir sur piste&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il y a un plus de un an, alors que j&rsquo;\u00e9tais encore grande d\u00e9butante en course \u00e0 pied, je lisais avec int\u00e9r\u00eat et amusement l&rsquo;article <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/10-raisons-de-faire-de-la-piste-6296.html\">10 raisons de faire de la piste<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca fait un peu de un mois que je fais de la piste, et je peux donc, \u00e0 mon tour vous dire ce que j&rsquo;aime et ce que je n&rsquo;aime pas dans le travail sur piste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, on va sur piste pour faire ses s\u00e9ries et comme le disait Mathieu pour d\u00e9velopper sa <a href=\"\/tableau-calcul-vma\/\"target=\"_top\" title=\"VMA\" >VMA<\/a> et effectivement on souffre ! Enfin moi je souffre beaucoup ! \u00a0Les temps de passage, \u00e7a ne rigole pas, et on ne peut pas tricher sur piste, <a href=\"\/blog\/test\/montre-gps\/garmin\"target=\"_top\" title=\"montre garmin\" >Garmin<\/a> ne peut pas ajouter ou enlever des m\u00e8tres. Un 400m c&rsquo;est un tour, quoi qu&rsquo;il arrive&#8230;. et pas d&rsquo;excuse de bosse, de terrain pas plat, de voiture qui passe ou autre&#8230; s\u00e9ries courtes, s\u00e9ries longues ou pyramidal, faut y aller.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mes tibias douillent \u00e9galement sur piste et apr\u00e8s chaque s\u00e9ance je dois les masser vigoureusement pour \u00e9viter la p\u00e9riostite qui me pend au nez. N\u00e9anmoins, seules le s\u00e9ries se font sur le tartan de la piste, les footing d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement et de r\u00e9cup&rsquo;, sur les conseils d&rsquo;une bonne amie runneuse, je les pratique sur l&rsquo;herbe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autres joyeuset\u00e9s dans un stade&#8230; les escaliers ! Ahhhhh les escaliers ! L\u00e0 non plus, pas d&rsquo;\u00e9chappatoire&#8230; Les mont\u00e9es de marche, faut se les farcir et je ne peux pas dire au coach \u00ab\u00a0je n&rsquo;ai pas d&rsquo;escaliers chez moi\u00a0\u00bb (ce qui est faux en plus).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bref, il ne me reste qu&rsquo;une chose&#8230; r\u00e2ler, dire que je n&rsquo;ai pas assez r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 entre les s\u00e9ries, dire que je n&rsquo;en peux plus&#8230; mais le coach est de bonne composition, \u00e7a le fait rire, il a l&rsquo;habitude avec ses athl\u00e8tes&#8230; du moins c&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;il m&rsquo;assure ! Non s\u00e9rieusement, c&rsquo;est g\u00e9nial de courir sur piste avec son coach, qui se cale sur l&rsquo;<a href=\"\/blog\/allure-et-vitesse-la-difference-2324.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"Allure ou vitesse\" >allure<\/a> que vous devez suivre, qui vous donne des conseils concrets : \u00ab\u00a0ne respire pas comme \u00e7a, ouvre plus la bouche\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9tend toi, tes \u00e9paules sont trop hautes, tu es trop contract\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0pas \u00e0 froid les \u00e9tirements\u00a0\u00bb (mais je ne vais pas parler d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement maintenant car c&rsquo;est un sujet o\u00f9 les avis divergent beaucoup !\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_17609\" style=\"width: 599px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/piste.png\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-17609\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-17609\" title=\"piste\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/piste.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"589\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/piste.png 589w, https:\/\/www.wanarun.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/piste-300x206.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-17609\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">oui je sais, j&#39;ai le ventre mou, je ne fais pas assez de gainage...<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En fait, si malgr\u00e9 toutes ces souffrances, je fais de la piste&#8230; ce n&rsquo;est pas pour courir plus vite (car je crois honn\u00eatement que mon cas est d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9 !!) mais c&rsquo;est pour v\u00e9rifier le huiti\u00e8me point que Mathieu citait dans son article&#8230; \u00ab\u00a0Avec un peu de chance, vous allez croiser d\u2019\u00e9tranges sp\u00e9cimens sur le stade : des sprinteurs, des lanceurs, des sauteurs\u2026 C\u2019est int\u00e9ressant d\u2019observer leurs m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9chauffement et d\u2019<a href=\"\/blog\/plan-d-entrainement-comment-lire-entre-les-lignes-17508.html\"target=\"_top\" title=\"entrainement\" >entrainement<\/a>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oui c&rsquo;est int\u00e9ressant de les voir s&rsquo;entrainer et c&rsquo;est surtout&#8230; comment dire&#8230; tr\u00e8s stimulant ! LOL<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; je peux mater les athl\u00e8tes au corps affut\u00e9, aux muscles saillants, leur foul\u00e9e a\u00e9rienne, leur mont\u00e9e de marche, leur gainage ! c&rsquo;est beauuuuuu !<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> &#8211; ils arrivent en surv\u00eat, s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffent comme \u00e7a, petit footing sur la pointe des pieds telles des gazelles et apr\u00e8s leur \u00e9chauffement&#8230;. je vous laisse deviner&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; ils se mettent en short, change de teeshirt&#8230;. aaah que du bonheur !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalement, comme le signale mon ami Daniel sur mon Facebook, pas \u00e9tonnant que je m&rsquo;\u00e9touffe, ma FC monte trop dans le rouge !
