En effet, depuis que je cours (une dizaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e maintenant) et en particulier apr\u00e8s une course longue, je ressens \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e des maux de t\u00eate tr\u00e8s violent. La seule solution que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 : prendre du parac\u00e9tamol et allez au lit jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce qui pourrait causer \u00e7a mais je n&rsquo;ai aucune certitude.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9shydratation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hier j&rsquo;ai bien bu \u00e0 tous les ravitaillements, il y avait des bouteilles de 33cl que j&rsquo;ai bu int\u00e9gralement \u00e0 4 reprises plus une a l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. Lors de mon d\u00e9jeuner, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement bien bu. je me suis \u00e9galement hydrat\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;attente du d\u00e9part. j&rsquo;ai pas l&rsquo;impression que cela soit le probl\u00e8me mais si j&rsquo;ai tout bu c&rsquo;est peut \u00eatre que j&rsquo;aurais pu boire encore plus&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tassement des cervicales<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>21 kilom\u00e8tres, \u00e7a fait quelques foul\u00e9es et donc des impacts sur la chaine osseuse. Cela a peut \u00eatre tass\u00e9 ma colonne vert\u00e9brale et bloqu\u00e9 un peu mes cervicales. D&rsquo;ailleurs je sens un peu de g\u00eane aujourd&rsquo;hui et je ne suis pas compl\u00e9tement mobile a ce niveau. La position allong\u00e9e durant la nuit doit peut \u00eatre remettre tout \u00e7a en place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insolation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il a fait chaud hier et le soleil a tap\u00e9 fort autant dire que 2h en plein chaleur et sans casquette, cela ne doit pas \u00eatre sans risque. J&rsquo;avais des lunettes de soleil mais pas de chapeau. c&rsquo;est peut \u00eatre la raison que je privil\u00e9gie mais sans trop de conviction.<\/p>\n<p>Niveau r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration, j&rsquo;ai tout fait pour bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer : j&rsquo;ai beaucoup bu apr\u00e8s la course et j&rsquo;ai bien mang\u00e9. j&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement fait 2 s\u00e9ances de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration avec mon Compex Runner : quadriceps et mollets.
