C\u2019est primordial dans la course \u00e0 pied ! \u00bb<br \/>\nSouvent quand on va faire son entra\u00eenement, on s\u2019\u00e9tire cinq minutes apr\u00e8s, on prend sa douche et basta&#8230; On essaye de profiter au mieux des endomorphines lib\u00e9r\u00e9es qui nous procurent cette sensation de bien-\u00eatre passager. Mais \u00ab kesako \u00bb, ce gainage ? Et faut-il vraiment s\u2019y astreindre alors qu\u2019on est loin tout de m\u00eame de l\u2019action de courir ? Et bien c\u2019est certainement avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge que l\u2019on se rend compte de la v\u00e9ritable n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des s\u00e9ances de gainage. En fait quand on dit gainage, on pense surtout \u00e0 muscler certaines parties du corps qui sans que l&rsquo;on s\u2019en aper\u00e7oive vraiment aux premiers abords, sont terriblement sollicit\u00e9s dans la course \u00e0 pied. Ainsi le dos prend des chocs \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition et si dans nos plus belles ann\u00e9es, cela peut passer sans probl\u00e8me, avec la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des ann\u00e9es, des kilom\u00e8tres par milliers et puis du poids de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge, ce n&rsquo;est plus du tout la m\u00eame sauce pass\u00e9 la quarantaine. Voire m\u00eame avant. Certains exercices sp\u00e9cifiques sont recommand\u00e9s par bon nombre de kin\u00e9s du sport et m\u00e9decins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Il ne s\u2019agit en aucun cas de devenir \u00ab bodybuld\u00e9 \u00bb, mais juste de se fabriquer une ceinture abdominale capable de r\u00e9sister aux chocs et donc au temps&#8230; Tout le monde a en m\u00e9moire la \u00ab magnifique \u00bb torse d\u2019Usain Bolt, lors de sa disqualification sur 100m aux championnats du Monde. Bon, si vous arrivez \u00e0 ce r\u00e9sultat, et bien c\u2019est tant mieux pour vous. Mais en tout cas en se fabriquant des abdominaux b\u00e9tons, vous consolidez du m\u00eame coup tous les muscles de votre dos. C\u2019est une cha\u00eene li\u00e9e&#8230; Du coup votre posture s\u2019en ressent aussi et vous pourrez m\u00eame sans modifier votre entra\u00eenement, vous sentir plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans certaines descentes de trail et m\u00eame dans l\u2019allongement pur et simple de votre foul\u00e9e.<br \/>\nIl y a quelques exercices de base sur le gainage du coureur que l&rsquo;on retrouve dans bon nombre d\u2019ouvrages consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la course. Je vous engage \u00e0 les consulter pour ne pas faire de b\u00eatise.
